About 20 years ago I started having SVT attacks after playing squash and got to a point I stopped playing. I then had an attack while sitting in the garden in the sun after a stressful day. My wife called the doc who called an ambulance and I was taken into A&E where I was shocked back into a normal heart rate. I was advised to have the ablation and from that day of the op I’ve never had an issue. Just had to let the access in the groin heal for a few days and all was good.
Good luck in what ever route you take.

Hi my name is Sean and I’m a vegetarian.

My grandad came home one day after doing some work in the local Wall’s factory and declared he would never eat a pie or sausages again after seeing the production process (offal). Once he explained why I took the same path. I continued to eat fresh meat but gradually decided that it seemed pointless eating parts but not all of the animal. So I then started to only eat fish but soon made the same conclusion and dropped that as well.
I’ve been ‘veggie’ for 34 years eating no flesh but still having dairy products. My kids and wife are all carnivores and we all live happily together 😄

I brought one of these as it was cheaper and available, although appears to be out of stock atm.

It’s been good to use at home and stands upright when not in use.

I finally took the plunge and brought some last month. I love them, the trousers and sealskin socks have made the wet ride fun again.

Following a few years of bad health (spine fusion & then 1/2 knee replacement) I found getting out was hard work as was keeping up with others. My wife with help from my brother brought me a Levo and since then my fitness and health have improved massively. I’ve done just over 2000 miles on it and get out now every week. It brought back the fun of getting out and pushing my limits.

I had a half knee replacement about three years ago. Over the years the knee has had Cartilage ops both sides and two Arthroscopy ops to ‘wash’ it out. Initially the replacement wasn’t great but I changed physio who used a much stronger regime and pushed it more, which had great results. I now don’t even think about it although the other knee is starting to give me issues.

My bike came with Butchers and I took it off the front for that very reason it was all over the place. On the rear though it’s been great.

I just spent a great morning over there today. Blue/Red/crowthorne Woods/Barosa/Red/Blue

loved it, didn’t set the world on fire, only met two other bikes.

I’m 55, get out now and again and live 30mins away so it’s perfect for me.

    Just saying 🙂

At the risk of sounding ‘bandwagon, trendy, new world etc’ this year I had the same bloating issues and have stopped eating any wheat based stuff. Really boring but feel so much better (and the farting stopped as well) 🙂
