spoonful of tom yam paste is good in a mug of hot water. probably a bit salty but should keep ok in a drawer.

BTW for all interested in sailing the Route du Rhum starts in a month – solo to the Caribean from St Malo, have a friend doing that too – bonkers !

some amount of carnage in the first couple of days, hope your mate is still racing.

i enjoy following both though it probably makes me even more annoyed being stuck at a desk….

perhaps an italian lakes boat would have been more appropriate….

Arran is good for a wee trip. with or without bike. take the train from central. the times usually match with the ferry.

it will be a great trip. i plan to take my kids in a few years.

you should practise not leaving behind any rubbish etc if some of the route is anything is to go by.

    enjoy.

my understanding is it would be of benefit from an ir35 point of view as you automatically have income from multiple clients at the same time etc

you would also benefit from only having the overhead of one company to run betwteen you.

could be a nightmare to unpick if it goes pete tong between you though.

have you thought about coupling the sonos with an internet music subscription? i think you can still run napster on the fiver a month one or spotify at 10 a month. more music than you will ever listen to. no need for NAS etc always to be on and less clutter.

only advice is stay on the boat.

midges will seldom make it as far as the boat so dont worry about them.

looks like you might have some wind anyway if it is this weekend.

    enjoy.

    yes there is some.

there is national park in the hills above the drag with a few fire road routes waymarked.

its hot but gets you away from all the tat plus its pretty cool pedaling past tortoises etc.

Watch out for the bees at that time of year as i think they have started to move them down from the hills for the winter by then.

you may want to pedal round to the neilson resort on adakoy island and seek out the mtb guy to see what he knows.

    enjoy

had a quick spin sat morning. cracking weather. runway is indeed ‘closed’ for harvesting. which is a pity as some time and effort has been spent on the rest of the trail.

note the t32 needs a slightly different class of mot that not all garages will do – not a big deal just a bit more inconvinent if you dont need the extra payload
