acl and pcl in different legs around 25 to 30 years ago.had carbon fibre ligaments put in. one of the grafts was not good so was done again with part of the hamstring i think.
have played competetive squash for around 15 years an mountain bikes for around 10 years with a fair few arthroscopys thrown in over the years to keep me moving.had tkr 3 months ago on right knee and having tkr on left knee in around 6 months. I am going back to work after christmas for a few months which may be fun as my job is industrial roofer. Think i might have to find a new trade sooner or later 😥

would have thought sintered pads wear a disk more than other compounds.
I’m sure some disc’s actually say not to use sintered.

If you take offence at an article like that you really need to have a word with yourself

no no no no you do not need more travel because them big wheels more than compensate for your lack of travel.

my son done it in a 206(fnar fnar)without disconnecting the battery and everything was fine, but pug electrics can and do go batshit even if you disconect or reconect the battery without following correct procedure.

long story short .man took bike off my 16 year old nephew while he was riding it, my son phoned me so off i went and to my surprise it was a 40ish year old bloke going hell for leather with my son and other mates following a distance behind telling me which way he was going. when i confronted him the bloke tried to strangle me,so punched him to the ground (around 6 punches). dont feel bad about it in the slightest.sometimes people do deserve a smack

what will all the moaners and whingers whinge and moan about if smoking and e ciggs are banned altogether, fair point about the smoking and passive smoking but moaning about a bit of water vapour is pathetic

thats the line of thought i had, but have been reading a few various forums and people have been using it in all types of engines. the general idea is it replaces the lubricity in the deisal that was lost when they removed the sulphur. i have a 2004 2.0l c max and to scared to trie it,just for the record.

what would you lot think about some 2 stroke mineral oil in the deisal.

is the dust cap touching the crappy little presta valve thingy and causing it to lose air.

i would be gobsmacked if 40psi was enough pressure too blow the tyre off.
ive had too go as high as 80psi to get a gorrilla tape ghetto tubeless setup to seat properly.i did wear a face shield and ear defenders while doing it though

think its worth a mention that the black sections at cannock are alot more technical than some or even most other trail centres.

c max 2ltr tdci, lots of fun to drive and fairly quick with loads of torque.probs a bit small for your needs though so i would suggest an s max.one thing to bear in mind with vans is single carrage way national speed limit roads you are limited to 50mph and 60mph on duel carrage ways

paid £3200 for a 2.0 dtci 2004 focus c max around 6 months ago and its been excellent upto now. 45000 miles and like brand new interior and 1 tiny dink on the rear quarter panel.just over 2000rpm at 80mph and get about 50mpg or more.corners like its on rails and doesnt hang around.(it will most likely self destruct now).be carefull though most of the ones i looked at on forecourts looked really abused
