Which if the tires above would be suitable for commuting and toepaths/bridleways? Also I’d like to run tubeless and can run 38mm max

You’ll be lucky to find Rival shifters below that – I have some and compared them to some shimano 105’s I bought at the same time. I personally think the Rivals are much nicer.
For bottom bracket you’ll need a GXP one
