Exactly, Shimano doesn’t suffer this issue usually and no Google searching brought up any other problems so I will put it down to bad luck, or…
After telling a friend of mine in the trade he could only think that a twisted chain could be to blame. The chain was straight but then I remembered that I had taken off a Bionicon guide I had been using had stuck inwards towards the wheel from sheer mud build up. The same direction the mechs had twisted..
    I’m thinking the latter eh??

    I worked in the catering trade for yonks and it, a least for the places I worked in, went like this;
Breakfast, Lunch, High tea (served after 3pm usually), Dinner (the big evening meal), Supper (late snack).

Apparently he has a ‘midlands accent’ in this and he has researched it.
Not one ‘duck’or ‘I’m off for me snap pal’ anywhere.
I love how anything about Robin Hood is based around Nottingham yet, if you believe the legend, most of his life was based in north Derbys and South and West Yorks area.

    Tim…very much from Nottingham.

I’ve never had any problems with High5 4:1 stuff..

    +1
apparently the Protein 1 in the 4:1 is what helps your stomach. Was recommended this by a tri shop. The week before any tri they sell out of this 4:1 stuff but not Hi5’s other stuff.

A little over the £1k mark, but how’s about this Lady specific model?

…or the model below (6.0) is more like your £850 previous price.

A carbon frame doesn’t have to mean lighter weight, half a pound to a pound off its identical alloy counterpart.
Not really about weight, more about stiffness and damping really.

I have a ’11 Cove Shocker. If you’re near FOD 2nd December I am down there for the mini DH, you’re welcome to take her for a spin.

With Specialized helmets the difference between Mountain and road is whether you take off or leave on the visor. I have the S3 that I use on and off road and looks the business in both. I find Spesh’s helmets fit like Giro’s do and the S3 has a ton of adjustment. Mind you, at £100+ you expect something for ur money!

Mediums are now out of stock.
Could strike lucky with someone wanting a medium so I’d put it up at £400 and see what the market is like.

Drove one briefly. Massive turbo lag, but when it finally woke up it went like a rocket. Guess you just have to get used to its ways, I’d still have one though..;-)

EMD 29er fits the bill as does, I found , a Trek Stache full build (longer travel option at 120mm).

Slogo – doubt it there fella.
The person in question already rides a 26″ Inbred, she’s on the larger side of that. Cotic do 26″ in her size, she was sat on 2 different Rocky (but with race geo) 29″ frames out in the the states last week.

Page 14, you need a couple of 10mm spacers though, none came with my Merlin Rev’s unfortunately…:-(

Reba’s from Merlin I take it!

Reba’s are real world forks, you won’t have to replace the csu at the first sight of a bit of peaks grit either.
What’s with the snobbery of Fox over Rockshox? Had many of both and I only found the durability to be the difference.

Ditch the carpets downstairs for vinyl or wooden floors. Most of ‘Dog’ smells in a house comes from carpet. You will notice by using a solid floor covering and the daily mess a dog creates just how much dirt and hair a carpet can hold on to.
I’ve been without a Collie in my life for six years now since I moved out of my folks. Me and the missus however have just been to make another visit to our first puppy that we bought a couple of weeks ago at just two weeks old. She is four weeks old now and we still have another four weeks wait until we can have her finally.

A dog will always change your life. They need you and want to be involved, just make sure that’s what you want.. :?

Never really had any compatibility issues with my two set ups. First being Mavic 819’s with Maxxis Ardent/Crossmark and secondly DT 5.1/Stans tubeless kit with pair of Maxxis high rollers. Maxxis tyres always seem to cause less probs than other brands and I have had zero issues even though I ride the peaks weekly.
My only real advice is use plenty of sealant in the tyre and if it is trying to leak air as you are inflating, squeeze the tyre against the rim and get a mate/girlfriend to pump away with a track pump.
