Kryton i had something like this last year when i changed the tyre everything was fine for a few rides then i couldn’t finish anything, if i did the next day the warm up was hard going. Retested and FTP dropped by 42watts.
When i did a workout that was done a few week earlier at the old FTP my average speed was the same :/

I still don’t know what changed. I use a Kurt Kinetic road machine fluid trainer so mot much can change my side.

I could understand a change in watts for what ever reason but when you drop 40 watts and your speed stays the same it doesn’t make much sense.

Just looking at the miles time etc i would say thats more than double the TSS than it should be, either that or mine is way under half what it should be 🙂

If you open a dispute and he leaves bad feed back you can get ebay to delete it.

Any opinion on forks, it will be Fox but 100 or 120 does the terralogic fork work very well i have never used a set with that on them.

I used HSBC and still have some shares with them, didn’t have any problems but they won’t always cover certain shares in an ISA. It all depends how much you intend to invest, if you make over 10.5k?? you will be paying tax if they are not in an ISA.

They just shimmed the cleat when i had a bike fit done, mine was about 5mm different and never knew it.

4 year old MacBook pro here, runs like new, never had to do anything to it. Battery doesn’t last as long as when i first got it but it does go through a cycle every day so its to be expected.

Last pc was 3 years old when i changed had to reformat it it 5 or 6 times in the 3 years and it wouldn’t even start up towards the end with out being plugged in the battery was that knackered.

Wont be changing back.

I emailed Silverfish a week ago and they said first few frames are due mid May.

Can’t make my mind up the ARC or Intense Hard Eddie.

Fitted 70sqm of engineered oak flooring for a customer a few weeks ago, they got it from B & Q.

They paid aprox £1100 for the floor boards fibre underlay and solid oak skirting.

Considering Howdens wanted £2300 for just the flooring I think it was a good deal, and tbh it was better stuff than Howdens gave me as a sample.

I wouldn’t advise using carpet underlay if that’s what you are planing to do, its to soft and the joints can get damaged over time. Had to take a floor up that someone had fitted like this and refit as the joints broke up in places.

Whats the S2 Exige had done to it then must be big power to do 100mph in 7’s, mine has 350hp and wont do that.

I’m sure there wont be any compatibility problems but need to check before i start buying bits.

Having said that i might just wait for Mavic to sort out the freehub body for the XX1 cassette.

First road ride of the year for me today, 60 miles in 2h54m a PB. All the turbo trainer work over the last 2 months has paid off….

With a bit of luck Dartmoor will start to dry out soon so i can get back on the real bike.
