Mrs got one of these seems ok for a cheap running watch.
I have a FR610 which I like cause it’s profile is more like a proper watch.

Please train it to use a litter tray so it’s not shitting in all your neighbours gardens.

Please train your dog owners to stop letting their dogs crapping all over the world and leaving it or putting it in a bag and hanging it in a tree.

At least a cat is smart enough to go out on it’s own to crap and can bury it in a hole :-)

Great game of football ruined by probably the most spineless refereeing display the game has ever seen missed/bottled giving 4 peno’s!! Saurez awful display today should have gone after the Demechelis dive.
    Liverpool’s to lose now.

We’ve been a long while ago but it beats all the other theme parks hands down. Check out the launch timetable to see if anything is going up while your there. The Saturn V rocket hanger was amazing. Also watch out for the wildlife while they bus you around.

    Correct.

Yes it’s me I hadn’t handed my notice in when I first post which was the reason for the 2nd login which has now been banished for the next couple of years. Didn’t actually realise this was a hanging offence ;-) so apologies again wouldn’t have done it if I had realised.

I’d rather be seen with a pink fluffy hello kitty wallet, than a wallet with a coin purse built in

    Beat me to it :-)

must have a zip for coins

That would be a purse and they are for the laaaaddy.

Not the most popular/cheapest way to get tickets but if needs must.
    If they become available.
    sports tickets
If you can’t get something from the club other than that see if one of the official forums have a ticket thread.

I must add I’ve not bought anything from them! I have been in the shop and the seemed pretty helpful other than that I don’t know what ther service is like.

Cheers for the replies still truly haven’t made the decision.Trying to dice with the idea that it’s going to be vastly more busy. Will be a massive move being apart from Mrs until the house is sold etc.
Thing that goes through my mind is that can we find somewhere that is quite enough (in the long run)that doesn’t mean a commute over about 1/2 hour to 40 min max. Ideal would be a small village with a shop and of course a cozy pub.
On the up accessibility to family would be easier even if it’d be a 4 hr drive.
There would also be load more accessibility/choice when shopping even down to food.
Also there will be more choice when it comes to utilities which should make it a cheaper but a massive increase in water rates and council tax.

I’d be interested to here what sort of money people are paying on Utilities council tax etc in that area

Traffic into Edinburgh on any route in the morning is slow. M8 is the worst, A71 from Livingston gets slowed down at Sighthill.

WHen you say not far from the airport what direction ?
West of the airport close to Ratho Station

It’s the little sprint they do that makes me laugh.
Run for 3 steps then saunter the rest of the way over the road as if the initial sprint proves to you their really nice getting out of you way quicker.

Yeh – why, though? As I said, I’d have texpected Aguero (or Tevez)

Negredo was tagged the ‘The Beast of Vallecas’ because of the working class district of Madrid in which he was brought up.
The 6ft 1in marksman said: “It’s a nickname I like. It was given to me while I was playing in Spain, so I hope the fans can call me that over here as well.
A nickname City fans will gladly give him because his work rate is fantastic he puts him about and look mean as f*!k :-)

The Mary Rose came up quicker than a reply to my Genesis inquiry
It’s a fair point, but seems a shame to discount a bike for that reason.

To be fair I regard customer service quite high and maybe if I’d asked the same question to the manufacturers of all the bikes I’m looking at then maybe none of them would reply.
I know if you have a problem your first point is the dealer. Genesis offer a contact service but can’t be bothered contacting you back then I tend to look at the lack of customer service as reflection of the companies as a whole.

    taking their time about it.

The Mary Rose came up quicker than a reply to my Genesis inquiry. Don’t offer a contact if your not arsed about replying especially if it loses you a sale. Maybe business is to good to be arsed. I certainly hope so for their sake. because simple things like this put me right off.

Erupton – pretty much decided on the Genesis, yes. Just need to wait for LBS to get stock in for a look. I also need to get rid of my Jake as 1 in 1 out has to apply
Value wise though the Arkose 3 is best by a mile. As Jamie pointed out elsewhere, the brakes alone are over £250 !

I thought about the Vapour but have been well and truly put off by the fact Genesis haven’t even bothered replying to an email I sent about availability, So I think if I have a problem I’ll get poor customer service. A few others have said similar about their communication which has well and truly put me off.
The Arkose 3 is well spec’ed but like the Canyon and the Planet X just doesnt feel right so it’s a 3 was split for me between the Cube which according to the website weigh’s less than the Planet X the Giant which has quite a lead time and the Merida which is only £899 on the Fatbirds website,

    have a look here.

Did you make your mind up iainc? Think I’m going with the CUBE CROSS RACE DISC 2014.

Still yet to decide Kona’s seem ok but the spec puts me off a bit.
The Merida actually looks ok but still thinking between the Giant and the Cube If it was to go on looks I think the Cube pip’s the Giant trouble is I think some times it’s too easy to looks at stuff too much.

Well went into Pedal on today and they where extremely helpful. Was amazed at the size Difference the 54cm Cannondale was huge. Has certainly opened my eyes to sizing and so glad I didn’t order anything in the size.
Only downside was the lack of available of bikes this year in my price range :-(

Jake the snake is beyond what I’m gonna pay. Jake is within budget. I’m off to Pedal on tomorrow evening see if they’ve anything interesting. Hopefully it’s a good place to investigate bikey things.

Looking at the moment myself really struggling to make my mind up. Just looking at the specs and if websites are to be believed the Cube Cross Race is lighter. 9kg to the XLS’s 9.61kg’s

Oh great…. I thought my mind was made up on the XLS but those Canyons look very well spec’d for the money. Hmmmm

    Looks a bit uninspiring though

benjiWhere did you see the Giant? And whats with the flexi seat post as shown in the video

    eruptron

Seen the new Giant(not in the flesh) but this isn’t available until Febuary. Don’t mind waiting a little but Feb is a little distant as this time isn’t guaranteed.
    Not seen the Canyon.
benji can’t sit on one as LBS’s round here don’t stock. Might get a look next week as on a course near Reading but think the nature of the beast is to take the plunge and order the best one hence the thread.

Like the look of the Jake but the Cube has better kit and I can get it from my LBS for similar money.
