I’ve watched fast n loud from the start – I know it’s not as good as it used to be ,but I never miss it. I like Misfit Garage that’s on straight after with the ex-employees… that Tom’s as mad as a box full of frogs

Got to be honest , the more i look at it , for £20 i might just plump for the Shimano kit anyway – looks better vfm ( at that price )than anything else .

He’s 20 now & just left home so hasn’t really got any tools to call his own . He’s wanting them for home use really as he’s got a basic back up pack for when he’s out riding . I’m thinking something including allen keys & an adjustable spanner etc.
I’ve looked at the Planet X kit ….i’d have got him that , but he’s got Sram components on his bike so no good really :|

I’m going to try the breathing ( exhaling )tomorrow then – i’m the same …just feel a little panicky .

I get this on my way to work if i go a certain route – i’ve always put it down to not really warming up & going straight up a longish steep hill . Does make you panic a bit though , but then it’s downhill through a farmers field & then fairly flat fortunately so i just keep on going .
I’m 47 by the way , so maybe it’s an age thing ?

Well , fortunately , my bum does like it . Felt a bit funny at first , but once i’d forgotten about it & just rode i never noticed it .
Big thumbs up from me – so sorry Normal Man ,it won’t be going cheap in the classified section just yet

Every Sunday night before work it’s the same pattern – fall asleep , wake up about 2.30 , try like hell to get back to sleep , fall asleep about 5 & then the alarm goes off at 5.45 to go to work .
    I’ve tried everything i know – have a drink , don’t have a drink ..exercise, don’t exercise …pee’s you off i can tell you .
Wish i could find something so i could sleep ALL night .

Thanks for the advice , but having read some reviews on google this morning i’m now thinking twice . I’m commuting during the week & then XC ( hardtail ) for 2-3 hrs on a weekend – it looks more of a shorter ride saddle from some of the reviews.

I got a rab vaporise this year after reading the reviews ,& so far i’m very impressed . It’s has been a bit warm to wear so far because of the unusually warm weather , but this last week at 6 in the morning it’s been exactly what i need .
I was beginning to wish i’d bought the Montane dyno , but happy now the temperatures dropped a bit .

That’s how it reads to me too cp .
I’ve got a Halfords store about 1/4 mile from work so this could be dead handy if they stick to what they say .
