What about Giro alpineduro boots – haven’t they got a cleat cover type thing so they can be used for flats ?

Six o’clock rides to work scare me to death – pitch black ,next to a river & lake so plenty of chance of fog – very eerie . Regularly see a woman walking her West Highland Terrier on her own though….. so in reality i must just be a bit of a wuss :(

    Tea .

I find that coffee’s one of those things that smell so much nicer than it actually tastes , so i’d rather have a cup of tea anytime ( no, i’m not Guy Martin ).

I was going to try one ( never heard of them before ) so i went to Tesco express last night & Asda this morning but couldn’t find it – any idea which section i need to be looking at ( usually just the wine isle for me in Asda )?

As a RL fan i’d snap your hand off for a RU promotion person . I don’t think the Challenge Cup final’s sold out in years , whereas RU can sell out Wembley for a club game .

Well i did hear that some planners can be quite open about what you want to do , whereas others can be quite arsey . Externally there’s a window which would be so much better if it was a little larger , but it’s not a deal breaker . Internally though there’s a daft part partition wall that could do with removing + a few other bits & pieces that need looking at .
I’m going to email them later ( there’s a combi boiler & c/heating fitted so it can’t be that bad ?).

Definitely need to get in touch with the conservation office then . It’s been on the market for quite a while ….maybe this is the way to find out why !
Thanks all again for your help .

I fitted a 29er on one tube ( in the garden luckily ) , mounted the wheel , spun it round ….& BANG ! Scared me to death – the tube had exploded & had a 6 inch split in it when i took it out of the tyre .

I dumped the other one i had .

In that case then try the info center at Pugneys when you get there , they should have a map ( although like i said earlier don’t panic if not , you should be ok ) .

I’ve just been printing the two charts off while at work ( ahem ) . They look pretty similar to be honest – i think i should get away with the medium ok , my clockwork feels fine .

It’s pretty well marked which way to go , but there’s a map available from the visitor center at the Anglers country park on the route …might be worth picking one up just in case .
