3 days in and i could murder a chocolate bar!!!!!!!!!
decided to go for the complete detox, no sugar, no caffine, no processed food and drink plenty of water. I have to say energy levels are really low, been munching dried fruit and nuts between meals and eating vastly smaller portions (ie. one sandwich instead of 2, etc) not looking forward to das off when i go out on the bike, i’ll last till the end of the road at this rate!
how is everyone else getting on?
