me personally i use the classifieds a lot because a) i can afford a new one or b) like to try something new. If it doesn’t work out i’ll sell it on here and if no takers i’ll fire it on the bay, usually folk on there are mental, if its any brand you can potentially make a profit on your original purchase – i dont see it as wrong though, maybe just lucky?

decided to go for the complete detox, no sugar, no caffine, no processed food and drink plenty of water. I have to say energy levels are really low, been munching dried fruit and nuts between meals and eating vastly smaller portions (ie. one sandwich instead of 2, etc) not looking forward to das off when i go out on the bike, i’ll last till the end of the road at this rate!

i have the same problem. is been going on for about 10 years or so, i’m 35 this year – the dentist doesn’t seem too concerned however!

best advice i can give you is to limit you sugary food intake and use an electronic toothbrush with a soft attachment, this really helped me.
