    Yamaha F310

it’s a nice basic dreadnought, has a lovely sound and a decent action you can get them for about £130, and is a perfect beginner guitar. Don’t spend more than that on your first guitar, there’s absolutely no need to. Don’t worry about strings or neck shapes, those things are massively unimportant if your just beginning. Really they are, trust me. Go to a shop to buy it, and they’ll set it up for you, (and probably chuck in some plecs as well. and probs point you in the direction of a decent local teacher, or justinguitar as recommended up there is a brilliant resource.

don’t buy an electric as your first guitar please.

Oh if you don’t fancy a dreadnought (I don’t use them as there too big for me, don’t worry, I’m stunted  ) buy a Yammmy JR2 its a compact, but still a pretty nice guitar to play.

Actually, it’s probably more akin to a teenager’s first experience of vomiting up cheap cider.

wow, have I missed the news this morning? didn’t realise it was be a smug asshole day

Jambalya and Junky, d’you think you could be a bit more patronising? You didn’t quite nail it there.

People are turned off by politics, boring grey men and women in grey suits scoring points off each other isn’t going to solve anything.

Lots of people start with Russell, then go on to look at loads of other stuff, I’ve found media lens, John Pilger, Robert Fisk through his channel. Most of my friends have started to register.

oh, I’ve jsut started with 1 x 10 on my Cham, how long does it take before you stop trying to change gear with your left hand

stood up loads more, that’s about the only difference, and I’ve got bigger gears on the back, was 32 now 36 (is that right?)

thing is binners, my love, is that honestly he’s done more for politics than nearly every single politician ever has for my friends (and me if I’m honest).

I can just show people eps of the trews and go, don’t understand syria? watch this.

Even if people disagree and what to argue about they’ve at least got aware!!

Even if he looks like he hasn’t washed, and Russ? stop doing the trews in your bathrobe, it’s not a good look

I don’t think I could do rumpy pumpy after tartiflette, I’d heave.

I’m thinking no starter (tooo try hard) then something a little bit warm (spicy) or tapas, or something spainish-y then maybe creme brulee to cool it off a bit.

I’d be anybody’s after that

It’s one of those foods where your like “oh go on then, just one more spoonful” and you end up with a tartifette baby, and then before you know it, your asleep on the sofa.

got to the cake it was really dry, dense and horrible.

gotta make them like that as well, as otherwise all the icing just falls into it.

    3 is my limit.

apart from the vegetarians, eh chewkw?

honestly though, if she’s actually coming to dinner, it doesn’t really matter what’s on the table, after all she cooked a bad meal for you, it’s not like it’s the end of seeing her, right?

Although if some-one gave me heated up fish and chips, I’d have to think very carefully….

I’ve never really understood the lust over a ‘type’ of guitar, they’re all so different. You could really love the look of something only to discover that it sounds terrible

I luv the way tech will let me navigate round a city I don’t know, find a restaurant, or a gig, a hotel if I need it.
