Good and bad

2nd in club champs and award for “runner of the year” which was well embarrassing at the Xmas dinner!! Tried flat shoes and it was a disaster, twisted my anlke and missed about 8 weeks of running in the summer. Did the Oxford half which was great fun, took it easy and got 1’35” which I was pleased with. Now ankles better still aiming for long distance, did 28 miles the other week, so 30 is the next target. Keeping me sane LOL

No such thing as a “best” band. All of them influence each other, all of them would probably cringe at the thought of being best.

Tbh when I turn the volume up and just jam away, I’m the “best”… It’s all about just giving it some. LOL

Met some great new friends, and my circle of friends continue to be amazng. Getting on better with mum and dad than I have done in ages, running is still cool, and have been on some lovey rides with my dad ( just the two of us, it’s been lush time)

Bought a leccy guitar finally, LOL and I’ll give it 7/10 so far, really not sure.

Love life has been…. Eventful 🙂 finally made a decision about a long term relationship that sort of had some weird consequences, cut a long story short and some disastrous dates, were sort of back together ( I think I’m ruined for anyone else, and she’s the one person who could ruin my life at the same time!! ) we’ll see

A couple of family friends are in banking, and they bet regularly, although like grum says above he’s well known by the local bookies (he lives in amersham) and they won’t take his bets. He gets friends to place them for him.

I think the thing that annoys the most is adverts that use girls. ‘glamour’ is just that, it’s tits and fannys, but adverts with girls is just a bit scummy
