Scroutes, is Gee being exploited? Might be. Exploited means someone making money from your work unfairly, or making use of a situation unfairly, and objectify means reducing to just being an object.

So unless all the money from that image is going to Gee, then yes he’s being exploited. It doesn’t matter if he’s agreed to it, or has been convinced to take his kit off.

Just because someone has agreed to do something doesn’t mean that excuses the behaviour of other people. It’s a bit weird that people excuse the behaviour of fashion or porn just because they’ve found someone willing to show their bits off in public. It still objectifies and exploits that person

When I can be bothered, I persuade my mum to come out sometimes, she even rides to work occasionally if the weather is ok, and she has a great time generally, but she wouldn’t want to go on a skills course TBH

Does your partner actually want to ride off road? Does she go on her own now? I mean will she race home grab the bike, send you a text that says “on the bike, have dinner ready when I come back” and then rock up 2hours later than she said, sling the bike in the shed, march in and say “you have a puncture to fix sweetheart”

My ex loved cycling, on the road she was fast as ****, but off road she was shit, hated it, the bugs the mud, the rocks, falling off everything. Eventually we just stopped going as it was just pointless

I’ve got a wiggle rain jacket that’s part of the team kit, but that’s all. I’ve also got a few old style “woollen cycling tops” that I wear, one of those has rainbow stripes on the sleeve cuff, but I didn’t know wha that was all about until my dad told me.

At the minute loads of driving test theory questions. And I’m changing gear ( clutch in ease off, change…) and checking imaginary mirrors. Other times I mull over work stuff, or what I’m going to have for my tea, or ring mum, or sort out washing, mud and stuff, and then BAM …sex :lol:

Husbands GFs are mostly quite simple. Generally, what they want is unlimited, enthusiastic sex, constant reassurance, good food and plenty of freedom, of at least three of these four. Some can be trained to be very helpful domestically and some even enjoy it; but most are not bred for it.

People are just people. girls not really any different to boys in most things. My ex was mental about somethings and happy about stuff that would drive me nuts.

Instructor had seen him move the bag back across his shoulder once already and said to look out for him, I backed right off, bloke on bike looked over his shoulder which caused the bag to flop under his arm again, which caused the handlebars to move making him swerve. I was probs 10m behind him at the time

it’s Rothko No14. Depends where you buy your clothes from, but a lot of stores have vanity sizing these days. Gap are def the worst for it, but debenhams and Next are both v generous with their sizes. And don’t forget that EN 13402 ( the standards that clothes are supposed to be made to ) are still in range, so L could be 102 – 110 cm pretty massive difference in size
