My good lady doesn’t mind the bikes/riding at all, Although I may have some parts delivered elsewhere to avoid the inevitable confrontation. I know we can’t pay the mortgage this month but have you seen my new deemaxes ? :D

Absolutely love Pila ! Ridings awesome, we had horrendous mud/rain, dry and dusty, hail and thunderstorms and then got sunburnt. Not bad in a four day trip. As said before, there are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants in Aosta especially the old town. Looking forward to going back

Make sure you pay as “goods and services” and not “gift” otherwise there will be no protection at all

There’s always going to be a certain element that will try to take advantage of genuine people on these forums.
I say do your homework before you buy and before you sell for that matter. I would rather sell to a genuine buyer for slightly less than for more to these types. If they were honest and upfront about things then maybe it would be different.
Amazing what you can find out about these characters with very little investigation.
By the way, anyone want to buy some top drawer frames, very little use :D need funds for another vasectomy

Nothing better than finishing a damn good ride before most folks have even got out of the car. Plus I don’t get a bollocking from the mrs because I still have most of the day to spend with my family :P

4mm is usually fine as long as the sub floor is pretty smooth to begin with, I generally would go for 6mm though as it is far sturdier and would thenbe suitable for Karndean etc if req.
