Which bike is it out of interest?

I’ve not read all the replies but anecdotally i#m 180cms tall and 18 months ago weighed 13 and a half stone. I wasn’t fat but I’d started to get a belly. I’ve been riding about 4-500 miles a month since then, done a few hill climbs and currently sit at 11st 2lbs. I’m feeling fitter and better than I have in 10-12 years. I personally wouldn’t sweat it.

I’ve used Zwift and am now using trainer road. Zwift is better visually but i’m getting more bang for my buck now i’ve switched to trainer road. Personally, i’d go with trainer road, pick a low volume plan and make sure you do the intensive sessions in the week indoors and then at the weekend i’d go out on the road and do some longer endurance rides. The high intensity rides are an hour 30 at the most and i can happy manage these listening to a podcast or watching something in youtube without becoming bored.

Hope this helps and good luck.

No tokens or hsc, 4 clicks of lsc, mid rebound. Brilliant fork. Much better than the pike on the other bike.

Do you sit at a desk all day? If so then could be related to weak core muscles and/or tight hamstrings

Yep, that was my understanding too

Just taken delivery of a strive from stock. Took 11 working days from payment clearing to be collected by UPS but then took just 2 days to arrive with me.

Slop fest? I was there until Saturday and was bone dry. Has there been a lot of rain since? Agree that linderats bowl and chatel side wee my favorites

Try the Trialforks app. We used it the other week to find the Golfie trails. Inners and Glentress are also covered extensively.

Pico do Arieiro in Madeira? Rode from pretty much the top down to the sea just a month ago. The road goes up to about 1750 metres or so.

I believe that the Last is built specifically for 29 inch wheels but will accept a b+ rather than the other way around

Yep, did enduro with them in October and it was great. The terrain etc is so varied for such a small place.

LoCo, i’ll be after some 29er forks in the New Year with either 140 or 150mm travel. Can you supply a Pike or Rev? What options/prices are there?

How come the season is so long next year? Doesn’t finish until October whereas this year finished at the beginning of August.

You can either ride asking to the very end passing the bottom of the diamond back and then following the fire roads back up, keeping turning right or, if you’re at the bottom of the dh tracks then back up the double track turning right initially then following the fire roads keeping left. There are various other variations including some single track climbs or other fire roads.

The yeti and santa Cruz are vastly overpriced in my view. The canyon is an option. Not cobsidered the Foxy tbh. Week take a look.

Did Rominger not have aero wheels on? Are they allowed under current rules or should they be standard wheels with spokes these days?

Who said Suntour? Pretty sure they’re currently the world’s largest manufacturer of mtb suspension forks.

Do many of them do frame/fork bundles? I’ve only really seen full build our frame only

ve just built up our first Scout and Patrol and I think they look the business after a quick car park spin, they feel better than the old Covert.
I am not a fan of the banshees purely on looks, i know they are good, but I am really happy Transition are now running a horst link.
    Will be riding them soon,
good thing about Transition is you can get a killer deal on marzocchis to go with them

Where are the desks on Marzocchi forks?

Unless you have some kind of funding in place ie; legal expense insurance then you’re only likely to find a no win no fee solicitor prepared to take this on. You’re unlikely find anyone willing to take it on on any other basis. The big problem is that as the claimant the onus is on you to prove your claim, it’s not on the other party to disprove. With this in mind, you might struggle to find a solicitor willing to take on the case because the risk of not getting paid for the work in pursuing an unsuccessful claim is all theirs. Best of luck with the claim.
