Have you accidentally set up a 'rule' so that any emails that have a common word in are automatically saved to a sub folder, this is easier to do accidentally than you would probably think? My old boss did exactly that once, it took us and the techies a good few days to track the emails down as he didnt even realise he'd set the rule up. For example, you can set it up so that all emails with the word 'football' automatically get saved to a sub folder, sent to your junk or just deleted? Long shot but it might be something like that?

I think having a stretch every night is a good idea, keep you in shape and flexible and it always feels nice. Learn a few yoga moves, about 20 mins worth should be good enough to feel you've done something. Can't tell you the body science behind it sorry but I do it and as a result I'm pretty flexible and don't pull muscles easily. I'm always being told it's good for me 🙂

I usually get the opposite problem to be fair, go in with one size and come back out to get the next one up 🙁

my fella got one in his pint the other day, he left it in there for a while then got a leaf and spooned it out, we watched it clean itself off then fly away in a bit of a wonky pattern, was quite fascinating – so stop squishing and start watching. Anyways – dont wasps release some kind of smell when they die which then attracts other wasps? So technically you are making it worse by killing three!!! 😛

Wasps aren't that aggressive it won't hurt you, if it goes in your squash just spoon it out!! I'm sure you probably annoy the **** out of people sometimes, they don't kill you though. We all have a purpose in the world….

we just came back from LLangollen, there is a campsite called Abbey Nurseries with a big Abbey building in it which is very nice and it took about 25 mins to walk to the town centre for pubs etc, some amazing scenery and some awesome rides with LLandegla only being about 10 minute drive away. We did the red trail but there are other other trails there.
would second also Coed – y – Brenin though not sure about campsites. google the MB wales site, i think they have an accommodation list on there.

Botox! Not got wrinkles yet? How does that work? Perhaps I should just accept that I am awesomely fit and work much harder than the others in class. DGOAB you should deffo give it a go, makes you much less tired riding I've found, good for core strength and balance. thanks all

I don't think so, we all have a fair go. Think I'm just sweaty 🙁
Just so you don't all think I'm totally gross I'm not always sweaty, it's only exercise related!!! And it doesn't smell either, ever which I've been told is a bit weird? Sorry, too much information probably 🙂

I wouldn't say it was for deviants, she probably wouldnt go to blokes who she didnt know, our instructor does private sessions but not at home but she does get to know the people first I guess, but like I say it's always at the studio. Big money to be made in teaching pole at the moment, my instructor makes a frigging killing! One of the girls who works at class brings her daughter, she's 16 an been doing it two years and she's amazing, cinnamon you should take your daughter, she could double death lay (that's a move) with TSY!

Think I'm just going to have to accept that I am just a sweaty Betty from now on then,'perhaps I should wear sure for men!! That's bound to be stronger than the womens stuff no?

Cinnamon, give it a go it's wicked fun and a bit different. Just wear hot pant top type shorts, a bra you won't fall out of for inversions (upside downsies) and a vest top.Google pole classes, you'll soon find something in your area.
Meehaja we have chalk, my friend wanted to cover me in it tonight let alone the pole!!

Ohhh, I actually have a shoe very similar to that second bag, but I guess that's not what your thread is about.

Tension? Soo-you mean like when you strain when you do weights or tense stressed out tension?
TSY-you will be very disappointed if you go along I think. However, male pole dancers are truly awesome to watch, so strong. Google badazz pole dancing if you fancy giving it a go & want some inspiration.
Cougar-might be a bit extreme just to help me out with pole dancing on reflection!

you lot make me laugh tis not a troll honest, if i wanted to troll I would say in response to Realman that I could wear some biking gear I suppose but that would cover too much flesh, you have to be pretty bare in order to stick to the pole. However, because I sweat so much I tend to slip off or down a fair bit. 😛

No Ian, no photos sorry….. Realman, I take loads of drink i.e. like a pint and a half and drink it all, no one else even usually takes anything!

Harry – I don't believe there are any plumbers sorry.

Flatfish, I think you are wrong.

I dont like being sweaty in that sort of situation, it feels normal in a gym when you are running your arse off but doing pole it doesnt seem right so I may just have to deodorise my whole body in future if there is nothing else that can be done. I did hear years ago that you could have your sweat glands removed?

Rode from Llangollen to llangela forest and a few extra hillyy miles around there. Views were just amazing and I hadn't counted on it being so hot so I now have stripey sunburn. Stopped at a rather odd but lovely pub for a pint and on the final last descent I wore through my brake pads. First time I've ever done that but haven't had my bike serviced since got back from morzine in July. 😆

It's from animal magic or whatever it was called, I really liked Alan, along with the flatulent gorilla. Try shouting Steven back, there may be a few Adam and Joe fans in. Failing that go with bogie from dick n Dom in da house.

Ever so sorry don Simone, you might like to note also that 'have' is spelt without a 'y'. Would you like some help to put your toys back in your pram now?

Well, needn't have panicked, it seemed to be shut today for whatever reason, we did the red route, bit short and a bit fireroady in places but still good fun though. We are here for a few days now so going to have a ride around the hills tomorrow I think.

Bonking like symptoms? Don't get that but tis probably just withdrawal, used to drink a lot during the week then binge weekends, stopped a while ago, for about two weeks I felt like I was still waking up with hangovers but once got past that felt great. Then started drinking again. Ah well, I'm not 30 yet so I'll mend when I get old I reckon

In my experience choc labs have not been the brightest but are much happier than the other two colours to not do too much and are probably the best colour if you either don't want to go to far for walks or have small children. They are lovely. That said, depending on the 'issues' he's gained from another family he may never improve. My only experience of family taking in rescue dogs in the past has been pretty negative and even after 8 years with a lovely couple, spoilt to bits one of the dogs is still a nervous reck. Unfortunatley the past sticks with some poor dogs.

iDave that's great especially with all the S*** off spineless muppets the poor thing had to put up with a while back. When she's a surgeon and said muppet turns up on the operating table one day your girl can take her revenge! 😆

I wouldnt ever recommend walking out of a job, apparently it is always easier to find work while in work but you have to consider your mental health so to speak. If it is unbearable and gets you down then you would be more than within your rights to leave but you may also then not find any work and that wont help. As said above, keep pro active about job hunting and stick with it for as long as you can. Do what you can within the working day or as much as you are willing to above and beyond that and keep your eyes peeled for a new job. hope something comes up for you soon!

Use your mirrors, I know it sounds stupid but I didn't use mine properly for a long time and cudnt get my head around it. Mirrors are the way forward! Took my OH ages to drum it into me but once I got it I managed to reverse park and parallel park perfectly every time, ud be surprised how often people don't bother to use them.

I know more people than ever before that ride bikes now, for some its a bit of an obsession, for others they save a few hundred quid, get a hardtail and have just as much fun learning to ride as they would on something that cost £3000, I think its still getting bigger and better.

Horses are ace, no better feeling at all than riding and being in control of something that large and like you say, able to sense how you are feeling. Just think of getting on as being like nailing a super big drop or hitting something a bit quick an realising u only just got away with it. It's the same adrenaline. Give it a go, you might enjoy it. Just remember whose boss when you're up there. (that would be you by the way). 🙂

Grum leave my thread alone. Thanks all else, I'll maybe give it ago, I did manage to fall off some boardwalk on the northface trail and landed headfirst. Needless to say it hurt and is why I now have a bit of a thing about it. If it looks worse than it is I'll give it a try. Ta much
