I had the opposite a couple of weeks ago when I ordered 1 loose cherry. I’ve also in the past purchased 1 small banana. They will always let you send stuff back.

Watched it for the first time at a rather delicate point earlier this year and got through it with a combination of sobbing and just plain crying. Is a lovely film though, especially the book bit at the end.

I don’t know but my gut *lol* sorry. reaction is that if you are asking the question, yes, you need to start the diet tomorrow. I’m sure you know what the answer is…….

yup, had parents round for tea, they just left. slobbed out on sofa now, watching the TV, hubby making a get well card for his friend with many broken bones after a big bike crash. Too much wine, too much cheese 🙂

    Worst: being diagnosed barren.

Best: Coming out with a stronger marriage/relationship because of it.

Anyway, to 2013. 2012 can do one, just like 2011 did 🙁

This would go down a treat on mumsnet! Given that they ditched you Christmas eve I think I’d have ditched them off for NY too but seeing as you haven’t then best just get on with it. It is rude but they clearly don’t care about messing people around, it’s up to you if you decide to be messed around. Are they like the royale family??

psling I have purchased a new 2013 diary especially for car related dates 🙂

so, been to post office to retax, had it back dated for the month I’ve missed. £215.00 for a year but no mention of a fine. Lady at the till said she thought any fine would show up on the system when she put it through but may still be posted on once they have the new address, she wasn’t sure. At least the damn thing is taxed now!

if you know Hereford at all coombes are opposite the Main Entrance to the multi storey car park. climb on is just down the road towards the school but turn right just before the school.

coombes and climb on are two different places!

Haven’t been up to Hough woods for ages but would imagine it’s a boggy nightmare at the moment. A lot of westwood has been shut off too now as it was sold privately so you can’t park in the westwood car park 🙁

quite happy to go to a post office, was more concerned with whether, as it is now out of date, would I have to go direct to DVLA. I’ve checked the post office on the website and they definitely do tax and I’ve got as much paperwork as I could possibly think you would need ready to take with me. No way will I risk driving the damn thing before I get tax although I will be getting very wet walking to the post office (30 minutes walk) in the morning as it’s supposed to P*** down 🙁

Can’t do it on line high climber as I’ve moved so disc will go to old address.

Have just check the Post office I’m going to – they definitely do car tax but thanks for the warning!

Can definitely get it sorted tomorrow. I’ve got the Registration document (with old address), MOT certificate, insurance certificate, old tax disc, my driving license (which I DID remember to change the address on) ready to take to town with me tomorrow to do first thing.

this is exactly 4 weeks then as it’s last day of the month tomorrow. Hoping I can get it sorted at the post office but thanks for that, gives me some idea anyway! £60/£80 I can cope with – over £500 and up to a £1000 is going to sting but it’s my own stupid fault 🙁

wouldn’t say it was ‘amazing’ but was very nice 🙂 I’m desperate to do Christmas next year for my family but mum still likes christmas at home so we go there. So this year I am doing ‘christmas’ dinner for family on NY eve. Except with beef …… and at tea time. But I want to feel like a proper grown up so I’m going to do it ‘christmas’ style and decorate the table and get some party poppers 🙂

my clothes are all starting to feel a bit tight, tried a bit of exercise last night and thought I was going to be sick 5 minutes in! that’s after a week off with a lot of eating and a reasonable amount of booze 🙂

Eat healthy, exercise often, avoid gyms with a vengeance (unless you enjoy it) and you wont go wrong. anyone who says fat people wont loose weight if you do cardio exercise is either a knob or fat and lazy themselves. 🙂

I think CF is reasonably well known these days but I don’t know the answer as to why it is not accepted in the paralympics. Personally I think it should if it isn’t. Having done a quick google it seems that the ‘classification’ is because CF is an ‘illness’ not a ‘disability’. I’m not entirely sure what impact one or the other classification has for a person, I have PCD and am registered disabled and receive DLA but I would call my condition an illness or disease rather than a disability.

I assume you mean one of your friends sends a text to your phone, he reads it, removing the ‘new message’ notification and doesn’t tell you “Sarah sent you a text btw”? That’s reasonable enough, like taking a phone message and not passing it on.

This is what I meant! Not the other way round

We read eachothers messages/FB/twitter/post or whatever. We are pretty open about everything though and I know a lot of other couples who haven’t ever gotten into doing this. Not sure why we do it, just always have done. I’d think it was a bit odd now if he suddenly decided I shouldn’t and vice versa. The only time it bugs me is if a friend texts, he reads it before me then forgets to tell me until about three days later. Anyway, that’s just us. If it makes you/her uncomfortable then you have some issues to sort out.

I seem to be getting a lot of ‘click like in 3 seconds if you don’t want this baby to die’. Given it takes me on average at least 5 seconds to read what’s written above a picture because I tend to look at pictures first (yes I know, no I’m not five) does this mean I’m a baby murderer? These are actually great for knowing who to hide/block.

Yeah I find some of the background stories hard to watch but surely that makes it more meaningful. All we have to do is watch it. They have to live it. Peeves me more that they’ve squeezed every z lister celeb they can find into that room! Not many of them have done anything inspirational, flogging their arses on TV does not constitute bravery.

See people do really dull stuff on FB. I can kind of sympathise with you’re wife, if it was a friend of mine I wouldn’t want my other half to wind them up. You are probably better off just hiding whoever it is that posted. FB politics are a pain in the rear

There are videos on t’int of a chap flying his with a camera on, he flies over the top of a city in Australia I think he’s in, through his apartment, through woods and across the beach etc. They are pretty cool. Don’t they use them in america to check out dodgy buildings from the top to save risking peoples necks to start off with?

Love that spam re-ignited this thread but Elfin isn’t even here any more to see it 🙁 Anyway, hubby has a much bigger better one now….although he trashed it a couple of weeks ago in a hedge and the blade cut through a fair few branches and now he’s a bit scared to fly it given how much it cost to repair.

    …..Babies arrive

    you don’t have kids…..

    ?????

mis read that as her wanting babies, him not. Either way, if you are miserble then maybe give it one last shot and try and seriously work out the problems or walk away. Don’t be pinning your hopes on someone you think may make you happy just because they are new and shiney and different. Grass isn’t always greener.

Anyway, I’ve probably got the wrong end of the stick cos I’ve not read through the rest of the thread but hope you are ok and it works out whichever way you go.

Eh? So you make eachother miserable, you don’t have kids….. move on. Life is just too short. Just don’t be cheating along the way.. If you’ve met someone who could make you happy then end one relationship then head to the next. Overlap will make it a million times harder.if you really think there is nothing with your wife anymore then let her go.

% stroppy, so a move in the right direction. She has a terrible relationship with her Dad, who basically wants nothing to do with her, after she remonstrated with him when he started saying what a bitch her Mum is.

Big mind f£&@. She’ll be fine, she’s just young. Despite what you may think about how quick kids grown up these days 18 is still young.

ummmmm – she sounds pretty normal, I remember being a bit the same at that age, probably worse to be honest and ended up moving out at 18 which was the making of me. Perhaps get her to get a job, she might grow up a bit then?

Louis is a massive knob, even dermot seemed to agree tonight. Gary walked off and a complete loser got to stay another week. I felt sorry for the girl who could actually sing, I hope Louis falls down some stairs and ruins his crappy quiff.

well, hopefully someone will have played last night back to her and she wont do it tonight

I miss Lillian and Darren too Bunny – I know what you mean about it being nice to have someone who actually knows what they are talking about (as opposed to Alyesha??) with Darcey but the yaaa yaaa’ing is potentially going to get annoying :/
