Anyone seen Sir Mikendale play recently for Gloucester? Didn't realise he was even in the squad?

Ireland have plenty of better scrummagers than Buckley, Tom Court, Mike Ross to name two, neither are destructive however so unless you have someone of the quality of say Euan Murray the refereeing of the scrum is so bad you might as well concentrate on the Line out. This strategy only comes unstuck against the very best teams of which there is only one in this years 6Ns – France.

I'm Irish and quite like Gatland, he was actually a good coach for Ireland apart from losing to Scotland every year. I also couldn't believe we didn't get a yellow on Saturday however if Sexton didn't have a real off day with his goal kicking it could have been really embarrassing for Wales.

What I find really interesting is that Ireland seem to have prioritised the line-out over the scrum. John Hayes stays in the team despite never being a good TH but continues to be an excellent line-out lifter. Tony Buckley who is an even worse scrummager is being groomed as the Bull's successor however at 6'5" is like a forklift in the line-out. As we are on stats Tony Buckley is the 3rd heaviest player in 6N history.

Now don't get me started on England but if you had to ask me I would blame Brian Smith! A real plonker

I regularly have one as a rental car at work, looks nice enough but a bit high to put bikes on the roof easily and doesn't have a particularly roomy boot without the seats down.

People use Health & Safety all the time when actually what they mean is risk of being sued. They don't care about peoples health at all otherwise they would be delighted to see them cycle to work. I managed to get the scheme set up at our work without going through a provider. It is simple to do the admin. You need to get payroll on side as that is where the work resides. Does your company offer child care vouchers or any other similar scheme as this will help explain what is involved .Also H&S one of my is my responsibilities

I’m still disgusted with the amount of Kiwis playing for England especially one that has represented NZ in League and Fluety who lets face it is a carpet bagger who spent barely enough time in the country to qualify and then departed to France for a bigger payday. How is he English in any sense of the word?

I know other countries have selected people using the these rules but England have double the number of senior players of the other 5 nations put together.

I had the racelight T, fantastic bike for commuting, winter training and light touring, even managed a few green roads on it. TK looks even better, I would go for the carbon forked option every time though. Eventually I sold it as it was my fourth bike. What exactly are you planning to use it for that isn't covered by your Allez and I presume at least 1 mtb?

Football can be boring, it is my number one sport to watch while doing something else for example drinking and chating to mates or reading the Sunday papers.

Golf now that is boring to watch occasionally the last hour of the Ryder cup can be OK if it is up for grabs but that would be it for me

F1 although I could watch the start perhaps.
Most other sports are boring if you grew up watching hurling

I'm in the trade, 2007 Bordeaux is only OK and unlikely to be long lived 2009 looks much better. Port would be my choice

I watch box sets of 24, doesn't involve much concentration to follow the plot but gripping enough to help ignore the pain, at 42mins each its perfect for me. I also use my HRM and have a target heart zone for the sessions.

And your first reaction is to post it on the web rather than give the retailer a chance to sort it out! Only Wednesday today CRC can easily have a replacement with you tomorrow if you direct your energy towards them.

I have been to Ancona, check out Monte Conero national park just south of Ancona. it rises to 572m but straight from sea level so quite a bump. It is criss crossed with hiling trails but I'm unsure to the legalities of riding there.

The Giant weighs a ton, bought it for my nephew and regretted it. My older son has the Islabike mentioned, I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. Standard of finishing kit on my younger boys BMX makes some of the things on the Islabike seem a bit cheap. For example the front V brake is made from really soft metal and the cable guide pulled through the first time the handlebars turned more than 90 deg.

My 5 year old has a 16" GT BMX, he loves it, hops of kerbs, rides down steps – well 3 anyway. I was a kid when BMXs first came out and always wanted one but not a chance, for my dad bikes were drop handlebar and 2nd hand.

From a practical point of view they are great bikes for kids, bomb proof, uncomplicated and cool.
