Yep, running disc brakes and suspension but its one of the 1st gen 456’s so no mud guard mounts but pretty sure it has rack mounts.

Mmm, are all these routes easily accessible from Cardiff itself? Albeit having the ride start along the taff trail.

Really need to expand my rides to the local area rather than just trail centres. 🙂

That and Dirt was the first ever mtb film I saw which I still have on vhs – totally inspired my firends and I to get out on our bikes and try and make our own, and might I add v poor video 8)

Just done a best mans speech for a good friend on the weekend.

I looked on the net and found the same tired old jokes seemed to be frequently repeated. By all means pretty harmless and likely to get a laugh but probably heard before none the less.

I changed from 195/50/16 to 205/45/16. Resulted in a slightly smaller diameter but it meant I had far more choice of tyres and ended up getting a decent(ish) brand – Vredstein – instead of a cheapo make and I the ride quality is now far better than on the budget Accelera it had on before.

The slightly wider tyre also offers a bit more side wall protection against kerbing etc.

Have a look at this. Perhaps 205/50/15 might be better?

I found Humvee (and Endura tbh) sizing a bit odd. I’m a 34″ waist and had to get a an XL in the Humvees.

I’m not exactly a welter weight but this is the only item of XL clothing I own!

Might grab a pic of Geraint’s in Cardiff before it reverts back to red – if thats what they intend to do ultimately.

If it was Sagan’s Terminator paint themed Dale perhaps…
