the socket has quickley grown new skin i dont think they could wash it out now lol….. this is wot really annoys me is the fact that when ever you get an infection of somesort ..the doctors/dentists always start you on a lower antibiotic and then in alot of cases you almost always have to go back 1-2 weeks later cos you aint got better… (it ruddy cost you twice as much ( yet another prescription AND PAINKILLERS)…and petrol money to get advice somewhere else !!! ruddy always the same ole procedure to go down… :roll:

all my house is cold my rooms have high ceilings… victorian terraced house….. takes alot to warm up….. front room is warm but my dining room is an ice box even with the heating on….. its a back room that doesnt get sun in at all so always cold…pretty chilly wen on the pc…my hands are almost blue ! lol i got ‘dead mans hand’s :wink:…

i wear five tens in winter they are expensive, but for summer i like to wear a lighter shoe..something like womens Merrels shoes…good grips..i got a pair in the sale 45 quid…normally 75-80 quid.
my hubby is getting his first bike soon…and he doesnt like the idea of all the cycling gear either lol….he will be alright for baselayers he has loads so just needs a jacket of some description, maybe he can wear an older pair of his merrels shoes begin with…he grumbling about helmet too (lol)….i will see to it he gets his noggin sorted…just need some padded shorts too…
until you get into cycling you dont think you need much …but you soon begin learn wot you need when you’re braving the elements :wink:

its a bugger when ya hubby sits there downing his beer…so annoying … thats 2 weeks then with no wine…how will i cope :wink: i luv my mulled wine…i had lots at xmas :wink:…. metronidazole tablets is seven days of tablets…..im sure i will cope..just hope it gets easier with the pain….
an uncle of mine had a dentist problem last year and is still fighting an infection months and months later with 3 or 4 hospital operations…..geepers… :?

yep my hubby rescued me once i was suddenly caught in a clash of thunder and bolt lightening.. a riverbed of water followed me down hill …yikes…thats the fastest downhill i had cycled in my entire life….

so (saturday morning) still in pain afer 3 full days antibiotics and mouth wash..had a puffy cheejawbone this morning when i awaoke…so rang the out of hours number at 9am… three people rang me back with details about me ? why it took 3 seperate people i duno… then it took them a couple of hours to get me appointment with someone…it wud be a dentist and the appointment wud be for tomorrow ????/ thats the earliest… geez i couldnt wait that long so spent most of the day trying to get help and eventualy went to a hospital walk-in clinic and they have startd me on a dose of Metronidazole anitbiotic… i realy do hope this works…… question 1 : why didnt the amoxicilling antibiotic 500mg work for me ???? 2 : metronidazole 200mg will they work….. 3: why were we born with wisdom teeth lol we dont dam well need them ? nowt but trouble causers !!! :wink:

ahh nice couple of lurchers there! i had 3 of them… now just left with one ( 2nd pic above you)…..very loyal these lurchers (mine always seemed to look out for me and protect me somehow…lol… i remember sitting on top of a big rock once and some random guy came over to look at my dog and my dog instinctively curled her body around me (as a precaution…lol i remember that well… :wink:

hmmm dog owners ! …. i cant take my whippet to the park cos there are so many dogs off the lead running wild and they always somehow pick up on my dogs fear ! he was savaged last year and he has become a real scardy cat, so i have to walk him away from parks and take him to a secure field so he can run occaisionaly….
i think most dogs have the instinct to chase, even tho the owner can scream at trying to get thier dog back =(the dog never listens) not in my area anyway (Lol)…its worrying when dogs come bounding over and the owners ALMOST ALWAYS SAY (OH MY DOGS FINE HE WONT HURT YOUR DOG ! how many times have i heard that…!geez…. if a dog wants a fight…he,s ruddy on his way reguardless of the owners beckond call… not so long ago there was a servey in my area about dogs …. i rang the local council about wether or not dogs shud be ‘on the lead’ close to ‘childrens play area’ eg..swings etc which i think they shud be on the lead… they knew of problems in my area where too many dogs are off the lead in certain areas….. they said there was a new ‘rule’ to come in ..in the future (watch this space) they said..

i was goin for the cannondale synapse, but it was going to be months before the bike shop could get the order in and they werent sure how much stock they would be alod at the time so i decided on the Specialized Dolce road bike…. great first roadd bike ..imo.
saw some nice cannondale road bikes in the bike shop the other day too… :wink:

eggs are making me ill all of a sudden ??? i dont know why this is cos i luv a good poached egg…. its wierd cos if i buy free range from morrisons i seem to be ok with them…. but when i buy them from the local ‘small field with running free chickens… i seem to get ill…they are as fresh as you could ever get ! the protein in them must be stronger ? something dont agree with my stomach ???
