oh well ive changed me mind…. they were too expensive unfortunately,,, as ive just bought an expensive lite for me bike. ordered some waterproof 'overtousers' from 'leisure lakes'…. in the sale for 24.99…. you can interchange the leg length too which is a bonus for a 5ft dwarf like me.lol

wots with the wierd sizes ? 34, 38, 42, wots a 34 size please ? in english..lol

are they waterproof it doesnt say ? never had gore tex before ?

yep 'solman' im getting tyre for the FRONT….ordered it already…. i have recently put 'kenda nevegal' stick e rubber compound on the rear wheel…

yes the podge is correct ! i filmed all the scenes…. some scenes went on for hours like there was a red bag floating in the sky scene which took half a day to film… and the speeding van smashing into the garden wall scene was absolutely brilliant… polystirene built of course but the actual stunt was sooo awsome and very well put together…yep we have all the autographs of the actors too….

im sooo local, and happy to say we were invaded by the league of gentlemen team a few years ago , filmed right on my street…ive never been the same since ! :lol: :twisted:

i was just watching the shy changing colour, right here in the 'home of singletrack' area, we had lovely blue sky with lots of pink floating all over…most beautiful and serene.

yep id try again with him….. otherwise you will feel even more guilty for 'not trying' when he has passed away ! then its too late…

i dont have a manuel…. … sometimes i nearly bottom out (i think) but im not very heavy really i only weigh 8 stone. 140mm of travel are my forks..fox forks on the 'orange five' pro bike.. had my bike for a few months now…. my other bike is a specialized hard tail and only had 80mm of travel..rockshox recon race. so the fox forks on my full sus are alot better !

the pike mite be on a footpath my dear podge…but have you seen all the grass arond it ? obviously not ? what are you tutting at ? if i fell in soil i god dam fell into the verge.. there is some soil up there you know ???? and its boggy in places too… and up past Gaddings Dam there is alot of peat bogginess going on too… my tyres gluped into it last weekend !..lol

i know everything about Todmorden..hell i made a website a few years back about the 'history of Todmorden! i know EVERYTHING. ! i even know all about the pike too … and thats where i ride my beautifull bike up there…stunning views… yep ive even gone over the handlebars and smashed my face in the soil coming down the ffront of pike..lol

i bought the mag for the first time, i normally buy 'mountain biking- uk' …anyway i wasnt too impressed with the Danny MacAskill interview and 'not' inspired with the choice of 'picture'- (i mean come on ..who wants to see a full page of a football stadium and theres Danny squeezed in at the top left hand corner ? there should have been a pic of him flipping off a wall or bouncing off that famous tree !!!!
anyway since he has become famous..the 'boys in blue' seems to leave him alone, as they hated what he did wen he was younger and i had to laugh where it saif they confescated his bike from him for a whole summer holidays ! lol oh dear..

if its any consolation my old whippet dog just had 3 teeth out a few days ago… and they use the same anasthetic on dogs that we have wen they 'knock us' out at hospital….. i was worried incase he didnt wake up being 13 years old… but he made it back to tha land of living and is getting back to his usual self now….. just need a lottery win to pay vet bill now ..doh…

i agree septembers issue was alittle boring but may-august issues were rather interesting with Doddy appearing alot in the mag.
next month im going to buy 'singletrack' magazine as i live in this very hometown of singletrack !
