lol i luv my orange 5 pro but it needs some kind of 'onboard bouyancy' for this rediculus weather we are encounting at the mo..lol

i wouldnt wear black really at nite, altho the reflective parts are good on the Altura… lol they do 'high viz yellow' (hopefully she wont knock you off yer bike then… lol (soz)
ive seen a nice Altura red/chocolate jacket recently…lots around at this time of year, but yep better to be seen in a brighter jacket…

geez theres some really nasty comments there….. i have had an aching leg, which fortunately is getting better, but two weeks ago i flew over the handles bars and got two huge bruises to both thighs… couldnt walk the next day… and hobbling for a week, but im nearly mended now…
have you had a fall off your bike recently…. if it gets worse and no improvement get to the docs……

i have green it looks real classy ! on swatch colours you cant get a good insite…. but yep green for me….i almost went for pink ..i relly did, as i had a demo on that colour, but my age changed my mind ? ! lol

about 6ft away…then it goes in my bed at nite with a chain locked around me neck ! lol

i run 30-40 psi yep depends on terrain… but why do bike shops pump them up soo rock hard when yer bikes been in for service or whatever…they do dont they ! rock hard i tell thee..lol.
yep i experiment all the time….i have heard the 'lower psi' the more 'traction'… is this true…. i only weigh 8 stone so whats the lowest psi i could get away with ? be sensible now…lol

btw .. wot colour are you having ?…..

i have 3 whippets and none of them will go in the water !!! infact the youngets whippet even skips and jumps over puddles !!! he really does ! he hates puddles….i wonder if he thinks hes going to sink…lol

oh yep i used to go to witches quarry (a limestone escarpment near clitheroe…did alot of top-roping there and also had my first taste of lead climbing…serious stuff…… oh and 'Boulder uk' at Blackburn is a top venue for the serious boulder and some famous dudes go there too.. yep if you dont like heights, then bouldering is the way to go.. i have also bouldered at Bridestones in the home of singletrack area !

yep im a climber…. tho since getting my new bike in may, i dont climb much anymore..oh dear !
ive been to the Manchester climbing centre and scaled those high walls-gulp, thats hard work for a 5ft dwarf ! lol.. done alot of 'Bouldering' at 'Rochdale climbing wall'…and have bouldered and climbed outdoors ..but now my cycling has taken over…

the last one …car door opens on cyclist …. that is a classic one ! but how wud a cyclist know EVERYTIME that the driver was about to open the door ???? thats defo the car driver to blame…he shud look in the mirror and then look agin b4 opening the car door !

and why cant Britain start building more roads for cyclists….crickey the ministers are always on about LEAVE THE CAR AT HOME… use other transport….so if there are to be more cyclists on our roads (which increasingly now there is, THEN WE NEED TO HAVE MORE CYCLE LANES !!!!

been dry all day in the hometown of 'singletrack' !!! just started raining at tea time, windy abit now…. but yep been dry all day..

i didnt need a map. just followed the new red signposts…the newly built sections are ace ! loved the roller coaster but wasnt quite ready for those huge berms ! wow they are huge ! lol…

just thort they mite keep yer arms warmer for the winter months ahead..

yep there are lots of fancy moves but his lessons are based on 'blocking techniques'close contact techniques and self defence…. its very close to Bruce Lee kind of fighting. he has trained with a few well know 'masters' up and down the country…

i had a nice white fluffy rabbit few years ago and it won a local agrigultural competition, then that winter we had a real cold winter so i put plenty of straw in the hutch over nite but it perished next morning ! it must have been too cold, so no wonder 'wild rabbits' burrow themselves deep in the 'underground'… ….. she was called 'Lavinia Blossom'.

we had a post about the orange 5 just a few weeks back….. get an Orange 5 !!!!!! i bought one in the summer and still havent put it down yet..it almost goes in my bed ! lol. i love my bike…..
and people upgrade their bikes according to taste…. i have fox float R forks on the front but as im awoman and no weight behind me …those froks are fine for me but obviously the male being heavier(lol) you may require different forks (i dont know)…
but yep 0range 5 = FANTASTICO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doddy has a Meta 5…… i dont know about these bikes so i wont comment…

last winter i used my 'caving light' taped to my helmet..(i have to say it was abit heavy tho…. this year ive cat a cateye on my handlebars…
i ride with my son and he bought the 'Hope vision 2' helmet light… looks very good !

need thicker 'tread' for gloopy winter mud ! ive just bought a 'nobby nic' for my rear tyre, another month and that will be going on…
