yep my hubby bought me an orabge five last summer and i took out a demo bike which was sassy pink i thinbk…very pink but very nice actualy,, i rode it for 6 hours that day ( i just coudlnt give the bike up at the end of the day…lol (which i did of course)….. but yep i was in the bike shop for ages looking at swatches…. but you cant really tell what the full bike is going to look like unless you know someone who has the colour that your after… anyway i decided on 'Apple green' (which we paid extra for to get that colour)… when i picked up the bike i was hoping id like that colour and not made a mistake… but when i got to bike shop ..there it was standing out….being admired…. glad i made that choice…..havent looked back since….. andits still in good nick now,,, only one small scratch…. good choice tho…

you have to take a thick solution drink (two bottles of it… (its the worst ever and makes you throw up….sorry but its horrible is the drink… but your insides have to be very 'clear' b4 the colonoscopy can be done… urg..not good..

im 4ft 11 inches and have the same problem to get a bike to fit me…. bought my first hardtail 3 years ago under 500 quid but upgraded the front sus to beefier forks a few months later….. that bike is a specialized Myka Elite which i bought from Leisurelakes bikes….
7 months ago i felt i need a full sus, and went the whole hog and hubby splashed out on an Orange Five Pro for me….this bike is 14 inch frame and thats final for height wise…. have tried 15 inch frames but they are too big…

blimey thats expensive budget to spend on a light…. ive just upgraded to hope 2 and put it on my helmet…. i am impressed with it….i can see where im going now insted of a medium light on my handlebars…..so much easier fixed to helmet….you can actually race in the dark now…lol

yep me too i used to have a harness/reins for my son when he was little, its so easy for the child to get distracted whilst out shopping ..then if you dont have proper hold of them -they are gone out of your sight within a blink of a second… does mothercare not do body harness these days ? its the right way to go !!!!! then you have control at all times !

Bin Day ???? wots that ? nobody has collected our rubbish since b4 xmas in my town…. the whole town and nearby streets look discusting now with black bins all over with most of it being ripped open by cats and RATS !!!!! yep RATS will be out there in the evening for sure… the recycle people havent been either and all thats is pilling up too…
when u ring up theres a recorded answering machine saying ' be patient we are getting there ! i havent seen one recycle van in the town at all,,, and the snow disappered a few weeks back so theres no excuse now ??? i cant get out my back gate anymore ! soon i wont be able to get out the front door ! lol…no work no riding ….ARRRRGGGGGGG…..hahahahahah

im using gore for winter riding at the moment,,i do have some 'sealskin' gloves too but they are too thick when it comes to changing gears….so i use them for when im out walking. they are incredibly warm tho !

my whippet is a runt so smaller than your average sized whippet…(he was the result of a pregnancy late in life and the only suvivor of 3…… from birth he has always been very timid and scared… i really could do with ceasr milan here cos my dog will not socialize with any dog ???? i dont know what s wrong with him- he screams at any dog when outside and seems totaly afraid… hes alittle angel indoors and i think ive over spoilt him, cos i felt sorry for him as the only survivor….oh..
his real mommy died a few months ago, i think ive become his mommy now…lol.. i still have his daddy who is 13 years old and he is a real placid whippet …. his mommy was always a hunter,and always on the go, she didnt settle down (chilled out till she was 8 years old, so i think my little runt whippet is the same as her…

im fed up with dog owners who think they can let off their dogs willy nilly all over 'any' part of a park… i take mine to a wooded area away from young kids or other huge dogs that mite scare the living daylights out of my quivering whippets… very rarely do i let mine off the lead in parks…its too busy… i take them to quiet fields… yes dogs need exercise …just walk them longer…. 'many' times dogs have bolted towards my dogs and i have to litterally pick up one of my whippets as he screams 'get me out of ere mum'… and the owners dont give a hoot…..ive seen big dogs in play areas swings for kids etc…this is just wrong…all dogs are wild and shouldnt be let off near kids play areas…this sooo annoys me…

thats wiered matt…my son took his bike to the shop (for something else) but when he got home none of the shifters worked properly….not going into gear correctlyand wouldnt go into middle ring without the the chain slipping…. he has X9 shifters on his cannondale.. wonder what the common problembo actually is ?

A properly bedded in pad will work better and last longer – simple fact
