yep the more you spend on it… the more ruddy value seems to go down (thats asking a bike shop ! i bought a specialized hardtail few years back and upgraded to 'rockshox recon race' front forks, changed it from 8 speed to 9 speed by putting sram x7 gears on ,,,new cassette, chain..the lot, and went to bike shop to put it in part exchange to upgrade to full sus…. and they hardley offered me a meatball for it….lol….so i kept the hardtail ..

i had that oR they thort it was that a few years ago… prob IBS in the end (irratabel bowel syndrome)… kept having flare ups…. had to watch my diet alot they said… gave me alsorts of tablets …nowt really worked… had a few of those horrid tests where you drink a horrid glucosey drink ( 2 bottles) then they look at your insides to see whats happeneing… fortunately i have got alot better over the last few years through diet, stay away from anything with cream in it and no spicey foods , cheese is another bad thing for me… taking lots of vitamins and acidopholus tablets ( to get the good stuff into your body..
over time you learn what to eat and what to stay away from…. listen to your body… itd fragile really…i blame the early 1980,s food that had too much processed stuff in it and other rubbish… 10 years later you pay the price…. 0h…

well its only a 14 inch frame cos im a tiny person that rides it… im 4ft 11 inches small so no point in sticking me on a 15 or 16 inch frame… my legs wud never touch the floor or the pedals come to that ! lol… nope my bike has to be tiny just for me ! my hardtail bike is only 13 inch frame ! very dificult to get bikes for small people…but 'orange' came up trumps and so i fell in love with it….
it was either 'orange five' or Titus motolite ( the titus wud have been prob twice the money.. but apparently is supposed to be even lighter than the orange bike in weight…. but im happy with my bike and thats the main thing..

..who said on this thread quote : "depends on how short you are" :
does being SHORT have an effect on age too ? lol
crickey hope i dont shrink anymore cos i just measured me sen t'other day and im 4ft 11 inches…. but i am quite strong too for alittle un'…. you have to be strong with the 'hills' in this area !-you have no choice ! lol

here's another suggestion then ..if you dont think kids have a 6th sense…. then pay attention to your pets ! your dogs 'see' 'things' too..
they are always right ! when they start looking around the room in the dark and growling short grrrrr…. they know ! trust me…
i have many interesting things at my house…white mists, faces, clowns, and i dont have 'young' kids to tell me… had a mist a while back i thort i was seeing things at first then i mentioned it to my hubby and he said he had seen a mist too but didnt want to frighten me so he kept quiet for a while…. ive actually been woke up by a spirit whilst having a bad dream… someone was patting me on the back to say wake up (no it wasnt hubby he was snoring his head off…. then you know that feeling of a presence (i darnet look in the dark… i trembled under the duvet ..im not looking ..ARRRRGGGGG…lol… after a while it went away..ooohhhh

when my son was about 6 year old he mentioned he used to keep seeing a man with dark glasses on in his bedroom… ( must have been his 'passed away' grandad ! kids see alot more than adults you know…there 6th sense is much greater when younger

im not sure how to post pics on ere… cos i too have the apple green …
you get alot more people looking at your bike when out and about !
the only thing i dislike alittle is the front forks…how come they dont have 'lock out'… a little annoying sometimes.
