yes my hubby teaches it and has done for the past 20 odd years…. theres no-one better than him !!!! in wing chun alot of teachers claim to be the best (apart from yip man lol….. thing is tho these teachers vary their style greatly between other teachers so it can get very confusing… my hubby teches the wong shing leuung method… a proper fighting wing chun and also you learn the three forms of wing chun takes years to get perfect im not joking…..but you will learn the basics very quickly and effective….

lol i know how she feels…im to a 5ft dwarf…lol my first real bike was a specialized Myka Elite..they start at 13 inch….yeah had some good fun on that bike.. us 5 feet small people find it hard to get the right bike to fit…. :wink:
infact i still have my hardtail and never ride it..still in good condition and i upgraded to forks too…and other bits n pieces… i now ride a 14 inch orange five (short) frame… duno if i grew over nite but anyway it fits me…lol

never broke handle bars… mine are carbon monkey lite.. strong….and never cut down to size…. the wider they are the better leverage :wink:

hey its the quick release skewer more often than not…get it greased… :wink:…my five did the same thing a while back..seems to do it more when the weather and the trails a bone dry…strange things these creaking noises..yep **** annoying…but do the skewer thing..imo

i have a 6 year old whippet…..such a fussy eater, he wouldnt eat dog food at the time of weaning….we had to give him scrambled egg just to get him to eat…. hes funny with his eating times : wont eat his tea time meal till 9 or 10pm at nite…so funny… anyway he is on winalot and a mixer biscuit with..likes grated cheese and loves chicken and scrambled eggs.

Lol mud doent get in them…had them for a year….i once had them too slack and the actual clip in came away and stuck onto my shoe…luckily i was close to my sons house and he was able to fix it for me…its got to a point where im scared to go on the bike again….i dont no much about clip ins….i just got the shimano in the sale…..should i look at another model…they just seem too hard to unclip…ineed somethin witj a smoother action…..shimano seems too rough somehow?

i had a similar thing like this last year….realy tense shoulders n neck pain, the doctor booked me in for a course of accupuncture…i was alittle worried the thought of those needles but i can realy say it didnt really hurt..you lye there nice n relaxed then after 10 mins of the needles being in your body they they twist the needles abit more intense like :wink:..but yeah i went once a week for about 6-8 weeks and it did really work… but there is a waiting list depends on your local nhs accupuncture list…go see your doc :wink:

wish someone could fix my migrains : at the mo, ive got terrible ear and migrain pain every day for three weeks..the earpain was so intense last nite almost at screaming point..trip to A and E … no neurological problems they thort i had temple artritus as my head pain been so intense…anyone recomend any migrain cures…. much apreciated :wink:

oh dear pigeons are just a ruddy nuisance i should know,… they’ve been sat on my roof for decades :twisted:..they wont budge :cry:…literally lived on our roof for years… filling up my gutters eating away at my roof…. took pictures sent them to the council numerous times…they wont help ..(only if you live in a council house then they mite help) :twisted:….. years ago they would be shot down in the early hours…nothing like that now…and they used to put poison out hidden in bread…. my roof is extremely high and what they pigeons do is they go down they market to be fed then they fly back up to my roof to nest….grrrrrr…. a never ending battle… :roll: …you have to be so careful these days who is watching you cos you could end up worse off ! :wink:

hmmm sounds like i know of this area you are on about which was top secret apparently! lol….it became very popular with just the locals… they built things here and then lots of people ‘complained’ probably walkers, and it had to be all taken down and so branches and forest branches strewn across these tracks to disguise …… havent been up there since i was shown it some many months ago……..

ive just recently bought the ‘pure racing KSi7’ seatpost..just lever option.. only rode it a couple of times and quickly got used to it…obviously button option is mostly desirable with all you ‘button people’…. but when you have 27.2 seatpost size you cant have the Reverb :cry:
anyways lever option is purely something i will have to get used to for me…no big deal it works in seconds and you get used to where the lever is, its not like ya looking down all the time fumbling around …ya just get used to it. :wink:

there is actualy a button option that goes with this seatpost but you have to purchase that at a seperate price and the bike shop said ya dont need that anyway…

Yea ive recently joined the club of dropper seatposts… Ive got a ksi 7….due to the fact i have size 27.2 its just the lever version only…. I make sure its pretty much clean after every ride….i have a can of silicon based spray, that i spray lightly on my stanchions…would this be ok for the dropper post…..just to keep it lightly lubed…….
