yep i have to carry on with my excerise for my shoulder….i had physio and accupuncture… had the accupuncture for 5 weeks then she said ‘right thats it now you dont need anymore treatment ??…. it was ok wen i had it done for a week then the pain would sneek in agin, they told me to use a sock in a ball and lean against a flat wall and press and roll the ball into my shoulder for about 8 mins a day.. sometimes tho the pain is on the top of my shoulder ,,,, how did they decide i had had enough of accupuncture anyway ???? wasnt too happy with their attitude either.. not my fault if they are busy…it was like i was an extra burden to them on the N.H S. ..wierd…

lol i know what you mean billysugger…. you can get into the comfort zone if your riding on your own..thats why i like riding with my son…he takes me on some great trails up and down the ‘calder valley’ and he does ‘push me’ into tackling stuff that i prob wouldnt ride if i was on me own (lol)

well my ‘RaceFace’ ‘bottom bracket’ has lasted me well into 18 months and still going strong. 😉 tho i see they have changed to this now …’Shimano SM51 Hollow Tech 2 bottom bracket- on the ‘orange bikes’ now….
i liked the designer cranks tho alittle expensive…
