yea u dont need fullface for dalby its more of an xc route with bits of black sections on the way, theres nothing big at dalby they have a nice 4x course and a bit of a play area etc but nothing special, just do the red run and ull love it, see if you can do it in 2 and a half hours like me ;p

cant let any air out cos they bottom out…. as i found out today.. my son twiddled the dampner buttton at the bottom of the forks too to slow the speed of the fork (it was coming back up too quickly (and put more air in cos i think the forks had lost alot more air too… hadnt ridden the bike in many months you see, been on the full sus and roadie bike alot… 8)
ok cheers guys for your input will get them up to 100mm at the service …sounds ok to me…

ok they need servicing soon anyway, so who ever services them i,ll get them to open the forks up to remove the spacers……. so a 120 fork would be a bad idea then ? would it be soo tragic to go to this lenght then… lol)
think ive been to spoilt over the last year and a half as i have 140mm travel on my full sus.. dam it…

so the forks are currently 80mm sould there be any difference in opening them up to 100mm (would i see any difference in perfromance wise….
i was hoping to get away with 120 forks at some point,
its a 2008 specialized Myka Elite frame …

ok. what’s the difference in clipless and spd,s…..sorry if i sound thick i have much to learn in the ROADIE world…hahah
i used to have some specialized mtb shoes (you can unscrew that lip thing underneath the shoe but alas i have worn the specialized shoes out (i use five tens and flat pedals on the MTB …
is it relatively easy to learn to unclip safely….im worried about that…if i shud happen to skid off my bike..would my feet come unclip with loosing balance ot does the bike just tipply toptail with me…hahahhaha

so i manged to send my necklace back to the shop today and pointed out that the chain was dis-coloured…firstly in the shop they tried to clean the necklace that i hadnt even worn…. anyway then the manager was called over and looked at it and agreed straight away there was a problem with the chain and it didnt look right… there was another set like mine in the cabinet so she was going to take the chain off that give it to me there and then…. but that chin also was discoloured….
its supposed to be white gold….. i guess they will have to have the chains inspected at some point….anyone they are going to get another re-placement chain for me so we shall await and see the outcome and hope the next chain will be ok (fingers crossed
in the meantime-i spoke to the mother in-law who purchased them for me on her own…..and i get the impression she,s not happy (i think she thinks im being awkward…but i did stress to her that the manager agreed something was wrong with the chain…lol

dont listen to sweepy-if you do you will be bauld
start at bigggest and work down….my hubby and son usually go for number 2….but thats quite bonehead too lol…. yeah start with number 4 or 3 if you have never used clippers b4… that way you will still have some hair left rather than no hair at all as ‘sweepy’ is suggesting…
