yeah podge thats right…. but they didnt know they’d cocked up in the first place….lots of bike shops or any shop for that matter always have some problems with gear that is ‘incomplete’…. geez i bought 2 sets of dinner ware for xmas and when i got home the 2nd box of dinner ware had lots of breakages in it which wasnt apparent to me until i opend the box at home….no wonder it was all taped up well…bloody shop didnt want anyone opening it in the shop..just to check it …grrrr

yeah i learnt ages ago to drop the elbows,, i force my elbows inwards whilst climbing and its just a natural thing to do now and also -sit as forward as you can on the saddle, sometimes if i think im almost not going to make the crux of the climb i lean my body forward abit too…
    hope this helps

nobody ever tried and extra topping (like sprinkles) or wud that kill the scone altogether
it doesnt matter wether you pronounce ‘scone’…. as ‘scon’ or ‘scooone’
you’re not asking for scone and tea anyway….you’re asking for a ‘cream tea’ !

i got my purple Altura jacket really muddy today after riding through a man-made forest (top secret)haha ….anyway its brand new only worn once, but today it was extremely mud splashed…… i sponged mine down and didnt throw it in the washer ….. how do you guys wash ya jackets if muddy to hell….
it does say on the washing instruction labels NOT TO USE ‘biological powder’.. (i guess you have to use something like fairy washing powder then to get it clean….
if you do use biological powder : does this mean the waterproof gets stripped from the jacket (then jacket is ruined ?
