I was thinking of upgrading to Snow Leopard today, you beat me to posting the question? Interested to hear what people say about it. I've heard mixed reviews.

I worked on the rough gas platforms many times. It was injecting gas all summer into the reservoir for times like these. There are a number of gas platforms around the UK and we can get more from gas producing nations. Sounds like Government scaremongering, I'm sure we'll be fine. :?

    TLH,
Have a look at CUBA, I went last month with my girlfriend. I think the holiday cost around £1500 for 17days. We didn't do the all inclusive thing and we didn't skimp on food or going out. Its generally real cheap.
Flights booked with trailfinders, loads of hotels/guesthouses online. (got a good one for havana if you need it)

    cool place man.

I only own Bridgedale socks, making a very expensive sock draw. Its worth every penny even, if you have to pay full price.

I've recently been impressed by ICEBREAKER merino wool sock (costwold).

I'm thinking going up to Gisburn today. It'll be my first time.
Considering the recent weather battering is it worth going up there today.
I live in W Yorks, so it isn't miles away.

IMO-A Gri-gri is appropriate at the wall or sport climbing. Its slick and, if used properly, fail-safe (handy when easily distracted at he wall). Where as an atc is simple, cheaper and shouldn't be a problem if you use it correctly.
