    sticking to 4-4-2

When against Algeria we could have gone 3-4-3 with Crouch up front as well as Rooney and Defoe as Algeria looked no more likely to score than us

I think we need to face up to the fact that football is truely a global game now .Very few teams get hammered constantly unlike the emerging nations dod in the 70s.Look how Greece have improved as well as some of the Asian countries and the African nations produce quality teams now

How do you pull up then without being attached try pedalling properly with only one leg to see what I mean, you would just lift your foot off the pedal

I don't agree how do you pull on the up stroke without clips or cleats? .I can't ride efficiently without

Having used both I can say the rack mount one is much stronger and stable the seat post mounts are weak and wobbly. The rack mount is a axle and a headset rather than a weak coupling putting more stress on a seat pin especially off road

These trailer bikes are brilliant the coupling is really stable and they are great off road

They do clog with snow you have to bang like hell to crack the ice or pee on the pedals!

I wonder if flex in the carbon stays has caused the rigid aluminium stays to fail?
Or has your dad got legs like Chris Hoy?

Never used cleats either, and never needed them.

Just another expensive piece of technology to wear out + special shoes

You must use toeclips and straps then ?

the efficiency benefit of being attached is huge

proper tagalong the best one is the old Islabike type that fits onto a carrier with a quick release lever rather than the poor quality ones that go round the seatpin

That's a good time over that terrain .Have you time trialled over that distance? on the flat you must be quick.
