Lol. I’ve never heard Northumberland called leaveland! Which bit? It’s a very very big county with huge variations in built up ness, politics, demographics and wealth.

11 speed spacing of campag and Shimano is identical in the real world which is nice as campag cassettes are a fortune.

10 speed campag shifters work with Shimano 8spd mechs and cassettes but that’s a bit niche.

    No other combinations work.

Problems with sram and Shimano? There’s a Campagnolo for that.

I think the arctic monkey’s fake tales of sanfrancisco was written about the thrills but it often reminds me of mumford and sons.

That said the couple of singles where mumford and sons went electric and ripped off late period kings of leon are a guilty pleasure.  There. I said it.

Re ne Cx courses:  they ebb and flow depending on what we get chucked off. Flusco and the trophy course at Durham were favourites of mine now gone. Herrington and Darlington I like but maybe too similar to boro for your taste. Gypsies green velodrome is good. As it’s next to the beach it’s sandy even in Jan.  Ponteland Is getting better and better but Hetton probably the best. Held the nationals last year which was well received.  Recent lindtz farm neccl round was very different. Hopefully we get to keep it.

Day time is great its just a busy fun place for kids to soak up.  Night time can be difficult as you get big gangs of lads lads lads mixed up with families so be warned your kids might not get any sleep and learn some new words.

At least it wasn’t moscon. And Valverde did actually do some turns on the font for a change. He seems popular in the peloton. I still don’t like him but I am mellowing over the years. Let’s see how the Movistar kit designers **** this champions jersey up. They don’t have a good record.

Haven’t we established that the bbc website is rubbish and doesn’t have any news at all on it anymore?  This is therefore more of a hypothetical arguement about what coverage would a hypothetical bbc website have given it hypothetically in a world where it’s not shit?  In which case it’s hard to say

More difficult than it’s always been?

vtm showed brico cross free last weekend. They tend to for a clump of smaller races.

Most world cups have been on uci channel.

eurosport player shows the cross live even if the highlights are on only on E1 or 2 later.

Hooky Feeds come and go over the year but you can normally get something through cyclingfans for live stuff. Full replays tend to be harder.

I You can camp for free like a hippy scumbag at the bottom chairlift

    140mm ish will do you

200mm front rotor and manual workers callused hands are more import

top bit is like a very very long lakes descent. Bottom bit is like a very very dry and long tweed valley.

eddit:  and I’d recommend signing up for the enduro in the week. Immense Aline stages and uplift and bbq for about 15 euro

    Checks and balances?

Planning officers are members of the royal town planning institute. It requires post graduate degree and experience in practice before you are eligible to join. The role and duty of the RTPI is set out in an act of Parliament.  Planning officers are bound by a code of conduct. You can report planning officers to the institute, if proven they will be struck off.  The list is public. The number of bad eggs is very small.  No one goes into being a planning officer motivated by money. They all want to make the world a better place for people like you OP.  Foolishly.

He’s a legend.  I’ve had the pleasure of meeting him.   I was also bit star struck when i did.  He was always cooler than boardman.

I’m not an expert but if its not party wall issues and he just wants the easiest way of access for building then he doesn’t have any right of access and your folks can tell him to get lost.  Hell have to find another way and factor it into the quotes. Builders make a right mess even if you are friends so if relationships aren’t good already i wouldn’t recommend introducing someone else builders onto your folks lawn.

they were kysiriums!  don’t know what was up, i had askiums and they never did it and I’m sure they make millions of other wheels that don’t but it has put me off mavic.  The aero spokes annoyed me as well so i just moved on to the many novatec rebrands and they have all been faultless.

I found incredibly regular cleaning and lubing just about worked but the chunks out of my frame and cranks are testament that it never really fixed it.  I now have different wheels.

Read the listed building register in the council. It might reference the importance or not if the openings.  Also is the barn in a local vernacular? Did/do all the barns in the area have open bits at the bottom?  Is it a rare or common design or particularly well preserved example etc. Etc.

But the fact they are ‘car ports’ now strongly suggests to me they were some kind of open storage historically and were required to be kept open. It might well have not have got as far as asking council as a sensitive conservation architect rightly chose not to ask in the first place. I mean who would voluntarily design a property with any carport never mind 3?  Also sealing them up might bugger up airflow, damp etc.

Hope it’s not a damp squib as it becomes too hard to ride agresively.  It’s developed into a great selective course in good weather, could be horrible tomorrow. Id like wout but Stybar I think.  Sagan to make the running but fade.

This is being done on Vittoria tyres.  They seem to work on hamsterley’s downhill tracks (skip to about 1:50 for the riding)
