This is all part of why hes so great. Like when he plays left handed for a laugh and still wins. Both higgins were good, davis, hendry but i think hes the best theres ever been and ever will be for the forseeable. Just enjoy every minute of it.

There are certain things no marks can wing after a few weeks training and make passable entertainment – dancing, skating, running about a bit. ski jumping must be up there with base jumping and plane flying as things you really can’t learn in a few weeks

For rollers normal heavier weight tyres like Duranos that are already on the bike. They do wear but It seems fine. I wouldn’t use your best cotton racing tubs though.
I’m familiar with bics for build costs but not land. I do know that av. Land value/ property value stats are really ropey as they wont go low enough for commercial land. There will be lots of different markets in the East Midlands. Residential data is available at a much finer grain. Commercial data outside London are also very lumpy as there are relatively few deals. One great site can skew the figures for a year. Also are you valuing for current use or redevelopment? Land is still well below 07/08 peak so all your assets should still be recorded as less than then. Basically I too would share your scepticism but couldn’t give a better % to use.
This is a great route with a great crack. Theres plenty of pubs and cafes on route and some of the best riding is at the end so theres an incentive to finish. Well recommended.

You’ll need a new right dropout with a gear hanger. These are astonishingly expensive. Think triton cycles or Charlie have them. I don’t think the ss specific frames had cable stops either so you’ll need to lash a full outer to the frame with cable ties. Is it the white one with yellow and blue? They are lovely.

Race what you have if you like it look at some cross clinchers for your next race. Just don’t be under any illusions that at this time of year 2.1s will be far too wide to threaten the podium. You’ll be dragged to a halt in the first muddy stretch as all these funny narrow tyres stuck on with glue with no air in cut straight through and ride past you. Some people find it fun though. You might be one of those 🙂
