How about giving Parker International or Surosa a call.

2.0t is better than the 2.4 . Front tyres are really only an issue if you drive like a dickhead, fuel consumption is ok but its a big automatic car so what do you expect. I would definately recommend v70 just steer clear of main dealers ( robbing bastards) and find a good independent garage to service it. By all means buy it from a main dealer just never never never get them to service it!

Isla bikes quality child friendly bikes with excellent resale values. I guarantee you will have no problem selling one on e bay when your daughter has grown out of it. I have bought and sold 3 now and always done very well when selling on.

If you really are short on time I would recommend getting chris carmichael's book Time Crunched Cyclist, the training programs are pretty good.

" in a bigger school you would have at least 4-5 of his type so be glad we have only one" what sort of crap teacher would say that to their class. All my kids went to big schools and any bullying was sorted out, that is what teahers are payed to do!

A rumour a relative works at the school? The head needs a supply cover to invesitigate 😯 Is this for real?

If your description of the school is accurate( no discipline, teachers who don't listen to parents or children, allows bullying) then it sounds like a crap school and I would move my child.

£600,I wouldn't even consider factory wheels. Your money would be far better spent on a set of hand built wheels. These wheels will have been built for you knowing your weight and riding needs. They will be lighter, stiffer better quality and essentially easier to repair. Break a spoke with many of the wheels mentioned just before your etape and you aint taking them! Ring Derek at wheelsmith.co.uk and explain what you want and you will get a far better set of wheels probably less than £600.

Do they deserve bonuses? **** off! Do not be fooled into thinking that they have made these profits through being financial geniuses ( they really aren't, what they are is arrogant tosser who feel they have a god given right to 6 and 7 figure bonuses) it's down to the current monetary conditions created by the goverment.

I have a mulberry wallet which I have had for years and it still looks good. Highly recommended but I think rather expensive now and after all it is just a wallet.

It's not the distraction that bothers me, as said most things can be distracting it's the effect on you as a road user. Your distracted in a car, chances are your going to cause a problem for someone else, your distracted on a bike your going to be the one in trouble. Listening to the radio in my car in traffic is unlikely to increase my chances of dying ( accident maybe, dying no) listening to music on a bike in traffic is.

You are distracted in a car in city traffic you potentially have a bump, you kill a cyclist or pedestrian.Your distracted on a bike in traffic your potentially dead!

Being deaf and listening to music are not the same thing. Listening to music is a distraction being deaf is not distracting.

cycleops fluid 2, reguarly used for few years now. Well made, simple to use/set up, quiet, good ride like feel. If I'm being really really picky it occasionally could do with a little more resistance.( it could be an issue if you are a real power sprinter)

YOU missed the meeting and it was YOU who forgot to log off. I suggest you either remember to go to meetings and remember to log off OR get a thicker skin. Just take heart in the fact that you will probably all be out of a job come the summer when Mr Cameron gets in, even the pretty tart. I hope this helps 🙂

Ribble tend to be cheapest in my experience. I have to say if its bibs you're looking at I would check out satini ( fantastic inserts) which are just as good as assos ( not as good as they used to be and a bit to expensive compared to others) but quite a bit cheaper.

I have an EM2( ribble) frame which is ok, very light. They are ok frames, the trainers have slightly wierd geometry.Don't ask them to build you a bike as they don't have the best reputation for delivery times. A few years ago they were truly truly awful, they then improved greatly but recently I have heard a few grumbles again about slow delivery not answering calls etc. They used to have a shop which was okay but apparently they have closed that to concentrate on mail order. It might be worth giving them a ring as they used to sell some cheap frames which were slight seconds ( decals or poor paint finish or shop soiled) you could pick up a bargain that way.

Just a bit over the £200 mark but Aeron TR from GB cycles or Pro Lite Inverno from J E james.Or a winter trainer from Surosa or Ribble should be under £200 I think. I ride with cat 2 rider who uses a pro lite and he reckons they are great for the money and the Aeron I think is a rebadged Ridley.
