I get a lot of recruitment agencies contacting me with vague job descriptions asking me to send my cv in. Dig a little and they don’t respond so I can only assume the are cv farming.

How many contacts does the momentary switch have and what type are they?

I’ve just built up a nukeproof scout 290, it great on everything except for tight twisty stuff where it does feel like a bit of a barge.

    This might help

    http://www.hopetech.com/11-speed-compatibility/

Seems the 11 speed thing I mentioned is only if you want to run a road cassette. I guess hope did that for cross bikes.

Er what? Pro 2 evo is dame shell as the pro 2. Your not thinking road are you? No spacers needed for mtb cassette.

Yes that’s what I said the pro2 and pro2 Evo have the same shell, it’s the pro 2 Evo 40T has a different hub shell.

I have two pairs of pro2 hubs with the hoop logo on them so can vouch for the m being sold

My pro 4 rear hub needs a spacer to run a 10 speed cassette. Without it the cassette is loose

hope moved the drive side flange inboard a bit on the pro 4 and pro 2 evo 40t for 11 speed as you have to fit a spacer to run 10speed. Maybe this is just for shimnao 11 speed if mikes running sram fine

The first versions of the hoop wheels used pro2 hubs, when the evo came out they changed to use that instead.

The pro2 rear has the same body but with a different axle, freehub and bearings. You can convert a pro 2 to an evo by changing all the parts. If it doesn’t say evo on it look at the shape of the end caps as this will tell you what hub it is. The original pro 2 and evo can’t do 11 speed, only the evo 40t or pro 4 can do this.

The front pro2 and evo are the same.

Having a number of retro bikes I’ve tried most of the mounts out there. The a2z one works OK if you have a large flat dropout, but can play up if you roll backwards with the brake on as it trys to pull itself off the frame.

The best one I’ve found to date is the torsion type that fixes to to dropout and Canti boss, its a tenner more than the a2z though

I bought a pair of 2.1 pc speakers for about £30 from pc world, hid them on top of the kitchen cabinets and hooked them up to a chromecast. The sound isn’t far off a friend’s small sonos that they have in their kitchen.

Have chrome casts hooked up to the other stereos in the house and the multiroom works perfectly

Your switched live sounds more like a switched neutral to me.

When I had this problem on 1×10 42t setup , I finally solved it when I replaced the chain and added two links to the original length.

Some good candidates so far, should have said I’ll be looking for large. Changing the rear hub isn’t too much of a problem

Why not try making one like this

    http://forums.mtbr.com/lights-diy-do-yourself/yet-another-18650-battery-holder-545583.html

This one is turned but a similar result could be achieved with a pillar drill

I’ve got one of the turbo ferret holders, it works well and has the bonus that the cells can be removed and placed into a charger so the need to balance has gone. Mine did suffer from a corrosion problem though as the pouch wasn’t water proof so the cells inevitability got wet and if you didn’t strip it down straight after a ride rust could form

However I’ve stopped using it for the time being as I’ve built a battery using a lipo RC helicopter battery stored in my old lumicycle battery bag. It’s lighter and higher capacity than the 18650 cells.

If you haven’t already got it out, if your tool allows it, its helpful to put a long bolt or threaded bar with nuts into the BB so it holds the tool tightly in the splines.

I sold the same frame earlier this year for £100 and thought I’d done OK

I’d do something completey different and change the front caps on your new hope hub for the 9mm bolt through version, and the get a DT RWS 9mm QR axle.

Edit, it was the same as this one

Can’t tell.from the picture if the tool is closed, but the patch is still like an old school puncture repair sheet I.e. like inner tube so it probably is

I’ve got the single seater, the big downside to the double when I bought it was that you couldn’t get a bolt on handle to use it as a off road buggy. I got round this by buying a double buggy handle and cutting it down to fit. We actually used ours more as an off road buggy than a bike trailer.

Mines spare now as the daughter is too big for it If your around Derbyshire mines for sale

I had to do sone stetches to loosen iff a tight ITB which was a side affect of the poor knee position and also paid for a deep sports massage on that leg but yes the spesh shoes with a high insert in the foot with the collapsed arch sorted it fine.
I just need to keep doing regulatve post ride stretches to make sure my ITB doesn’t get tight again.

Yes I’ve had problems in the past for the same reason. Mine came in the form of chronic knee pain after a couple of hours riding. I was adived by a cycling physio to try specialized shoes , a dealer should have a board you stand on that tells you what insert you need to straighten your knee up.

    Worked for me so far

If it ran cyanogen I’d have one on order but I’m a bit unsure about their oxygen OS particularly regarding the support offered regarding future updates.

Probably going to stick with my One for the time being

I bought the same 661 Comp as dogthompson mentioned above from CRC last week for £42 (sports pursuit only have XL size) and I think it’s an nice helmet for the money.

Fresh sealant suite fix this. But if you don’t want to risk it with the tyre off you are best off fully cleaning the hole and surrounding area and putting a plug through it with plenty of vulcanising solution on both sides. Then trim off the excess once it’s all cured.

If it is a tiny hole you’ll probably need to open it out a bit to get the plug through.

    What was Ken Block driving?

    A custom built 4×4 845bhp mustang called the Hoonicorn, it’s quite a machine. https://www.hoonigan.com/hoonicorn

There’s also a good article on the speed hunters website about the build by RTR

    http://www.speedhunters.com/2014/12/the-hoonicorn-rtr-build-story/

Shame they didn’t send it round the track as it’d be interesting how fast it could do it.

To avoid planning you’ll need to be under 2.5m high so quite limited for a pitched roof

Only if it’s within 2m of a boundary IIRC
