Thanks – was really what we were wondering i guess – not that we were thinking of getting dismissed – I guess same applies for redundancy – lets hope that doesn’t happen tho. -eh!

    TJ…
Have had an outline of responsibilities that happened a couple of years after joining the company. I think this was to try & make things run a little more smoothly!

I have run over a couple of the little pests myself – purely by accident i hasten to add – took the tail off one of the little blighters – found it when i rode back up the trail a little later.

Sorry news, All you can do is be there, listen, shoulder to cry on & IMO the main thing – be possitive when you’re talking to him / her.
Good luck to you all – hope it all goes well.

My Lad did his CPT a month or 2 ago, came home after the first day with a comment sheet – needed a rear reflector fitting & his saddle dropping by 1-1.5cm (10-15mm in my money)or about 1/2″ – WHY, seems like the old woman taking the kids just wanted to make a point. My lad, when questioned what sort of riding he liked to do replied that he liked riding singletrack (chip off the old block there then ) to which she dismissively replied – ‘what’s that – i’ve never heard of it’. She the apparently turned her back on him & ignored him for the rest of the course. When finally complete, the comment sheet sheet ‘said’, amongst other iffy statements, that he RIDES TOO FAST – good lad – chip off the old block indeed.
Unfortunately his bike, along with his brothers & 2 of mine were nicked the other week so he can’t ride at the mo. until the insurance pays up.

    Have lots of fave tools
USE UFO (flying saucer) bottle opener – got mine for £2.99 – probably gets more use than most “bike tools”.
Would like a campy corkscrew – they’re really cool too.
    Seriously though. Everyone should have;
    A workstand
    Proper cable cutters
    Rubber malet
    good set of allen keys
    Pedal spanner
    Park mini chain brute

Funny thing about pics. was going to take some but decided too much of a crappy day on saturday so left it. Bugger.
    Anyhow, pretty distinctive
Turner – deep red main triangle, talas rlc, gold Hadley hubs (unusual in these parts, red Tune cranks (again unusual)juicy carbons, this bike didn’t have shifters fitted so un-rideable

Merlin Oreas – unusual & not very common, Black float 100 rlc, king rasta headset, black king hubs, magura marta sl.

    Keep ’em peeled!!

Have parked at Stretford Leisure Centre with no problems – about 6 quid i think – my mate parks at the cricket ground – he says it has security cameras There is lots of parking. Both the above are off Great Stone Road Which is off Chester road (A56) & close to the ground. Good luck & enjoy the game.
