    Thanks Jambalaya.

Yes, I am not at the stage in my research to isolate major and minor health issues yet, so just want to include any conditions at this stage, but I may reword that question slightly.

Also regarding the saddle question, as the majority of people I am asking to fill this in only own one bicycle, its perhaps not worded that well for guys like all of you on here.

    Thanks again.

Pro easily. The airs are under specced and a bit gimmicky imo.
Got me a pro bout a month ago now and it’s fantastic.

forgot to say, if anyone else is in the area next weekend, look out for 3 blokes, looking a bit lost, and daunted by ‘actual hills’ and do say hello. fingers crossed we’ll be on an orange st4, an alptitude and a 456.

I’m not much use with designing trails, but have roped in 2 or 3 blokes from work who are more than up for helping out. And a friend of a friends dad owns a digger rental company, and can get us decent rates if it came to it…

Would be more than keen to help out, and im sure he would, as long as its within train or drive distance from brockenhurst. Heres my email, if you need a hand with anything just let me know, got saturdays free to come help out.

Im currently building a single speed pub/hack/commute thingy bike, so at least I can still claim I ride single speed now and again!

exactly what i’d planned to do stylish

apologies for the pic, camera phone after a ride.
has now got SRAM X9 1×9 set up , a high roller on the front with a bit more mud clearance and is in need of a chain guide.

Anyone else struggling to find a 1×9 chain guide to fit? obviously can’t use bb or iscg which is what most are, and the seat tube mounted ones are for conventional round frame tubes.

thinking about making a bracket to mount the guide part of an mrp 1x.

I’m not sure it’s just a fad? I mean, I loved my single speed duster, and loved the hassle free, simple, quiet, good looking aspects as do a lot of guys.

I just enjoy being able to ride up the hill as well as down now!

In that case I wouldn’t worry, just thought it worked out a good deal for both parties, but if they’re cheaper elsewhere then fair enough, I only checked CRC.

    thanks anyway

Ridden there 4 or 5 times now, most recent was on sunday. Still enjoy the loop even now, and definitely one thats best enjoyed flat out! found it to be perfect going for my single speed.

Rumour has it that the organizers were looking into building a ‘red’ graded loop sometime in the future?
