They may have been caught short and had to go for a wild dump in the ferns. I doubt they'd have jumped up and down shouting "Cooeeeeeeeeeee" 😀

Pile drive and back wheel to groin interface and he was worried about ribs?

Good to see no serious injuries though I'll be checking back later for the GIF though 😉

I seem to have gone u-turn coils on all my bikes now. (as I don't like air)
I build my bikes up from s/h frames, it's easier to get a good match.

I sweated like crazy putting UST fat Alberts on my 5.1D's until I gave up on the crappy plastic levers.

I picked up some metal cheapos from the LBS and they went on easy.

    (And no damage to rim)

I was turning right in Todmorden and could hear a woman accelerating a mini metro behind me.(It was in the 80's)

I had my arm out to indicate but I could tell she hadn't got a clue and kept coming.I was commited and had to carry on.

Big T-bone job but I've got to say the adrenaline rush was amazing.

No major injuries though but my Carlton Sovereign was goosed
    🙄

When I broke and dislocated mine I was lucky enough to be able spend a lot of time in a pool just letting my arms just float around and gradually starting to make swimming type motions.
I have no pain now from it, but I'd say 4mths before it's safe to use properly.

    +1 what Haddock said

I have an older FA on the rear and the newer triple comp one on the front.

Don't like either of them in the wet, but very good in the dryer, rocky conditions we have here.

I went the other way with my 2007 Reign, it suits being built up heavier for rougher rocky trails. Similar in weight to a Nomad, doesn't flex like an Intense 6.6…….doesn't cost an arm and a leg!
Frame weight only a problem if you try to weight weenie it for xc purposes/carpark comparisons. Soon to have Saint brakes too, to stop my lardy arse on the descents.
