Thing is what we really need is a bracelet which tracks our expendure of calories and figures out the amount of calories we’ve eaten(da tricky bit)…

now the cool part is it could send signals to brain to either lock your jaw or release your bladder if you are going to over eat .

First person to market this will make a fortune.

I had a purple chopper with the t bar …..

Cool at the time but definitely crap ….The thing was so big an weighed a ton course putting the gearshift where you had to take your hand off the slightly dodgy steering to change it pure design triumph..

Reminds me of the mk4 cortinas and empty streets.

I rember the grifter had a grip shift but not the pose value of a chopper

I got plastered up for a suspected break of some bone in my hand once as a just in case…
    (over the handlebars moment)

It was pure hell the waking up with an itch… Nearly took the thing off with an angle grinder in the early hours of the morning….

I’d get it checked out if your the worrying sort, but anyway ya got 7 others leftt so no sweat.

Saddles are funny … a nice hard saddle is usually better on the bum than some gel filled comfy thing.

Gotta get your sit bones supported.

I found my fizik tundra 2 carbon braided bike porn saddle wasn’t exactly the greatest thing to sit on initially but after a bit of use /perseverence I found it amazingly comfortable.

Yeah gotta watch a lotta the low fat yoghurts and stuff as it normally means that they’ve whacked a load of sugar in place of the fats.

A certain amount of the right fats good for you – trans fats the work of the devil tbh. The more unprocessed your diet the better but again portion controls important eating over maintenance calories makes you fat regardless of whether the foods healthy or not.

My pet peeves what would be healthy food but has been over sugared etc but still gets marketed as healthy.

I found a long cage xtr with clutch gave me a shite shift….

Changed to a medium xt with clutch and the rad cage and now alls super creamy in the shifting department.

Does it have to be a folder …… Couldn’t you get a bike rack for the car ?

Then you have a lot more choice in bikes.

I do 20miles a day 5 days a week all year …. I wouldn’t want to do much more tbh there’s a cumulative affect so at the end of the week you really feel fatigued.

The best thing is to do the car bike thing and find a good parking spots so you can tailor the length of the ride to your mood.

Also think about punctures and lighting for the winter it’s all gotta be thought out and you need good stuff as a puncture or loss of lighting 30 miles from home is a giggle :-)

My winter bikes my summer bike as well carbon fibre lurcher with carbon forks …

Unfortunately running big apples doesn’t do much for the top speed but does tend to stop it falling over when the going gets slippy.

I find it the same in Spain tbh…

I just think there’s absolutely no imagination here when it comes to roads, sorta one motorways enuff when abroad they pop a few more in for good measure.

Considering how small we are it’s a bit pants that it takes so long to get anywhere.

I’ve got the one 42 up with the new rad cage thing on a xt shadow mech….. It’s impressive tbh.

I’m going for a raceface team chute around 100squid on wiggle at the mo :-)

Was going for the burgundy Endura but decided against as I think the raceface will be a bit more heavyweight…an pit zips are good,

Seems to be a lot of reasonable offers on waterproofs at the moment.

I’ve got some straight’s with a transition mental things as the lenses curve around giving great peripheral vision that I’d never had from other glasses.

I’d go with a mirror finish if I was doing again as they do make you look a tad goggly when clear :-)

    I want a Stooge ……

Only reason I haven’t ordered yet is that I have just built up a titus carbon ftm and
the missus would go mental :-)

If the speed limit went up they’d probably have to do more engineering on the cars to cope with higher speed collisions.

I went on one of the old speed awareness courses and it was pretty pants…my sin was doing 45 mph in a 40 zone …. After Coming off a 50 mph zone..

Funny thing it twas in my smart and not the evo iv had then:-)

I didn’t whine about it though but I’d rather people looked where theyre going rather than staring at the speedo worried about the limits tbh.

Best bike rack ever is the one on my smartcar :-)

It sorta bolts into the bodywork making it look like some push around toy .

I’d go the towbar mounted bikerack way tbh….

Total pita to have to lift a bike up that high and not the greatest for mpg…

It’s a bit of an extravagance but I get protein porridge powder that you just dump two scoops and 200ml of hot water…. Lush stuff and super quick as I normally eat it standing up whilst getting ready for da ride to work…

mmm dmc wasn’t it a renault 25 gearbox and v6 whacked in a fibreglass body with a bit of stainless steel cladding stuck on.
