    The only way to make sure water is not coming down the chimney is to take it down and rebuid and incorporate a lead tray  with weepvents.

    After seeing many wet room woes. I would recommend a shallow tray instead of a wetroom, easier to install clean, less to go wrong and easier to drain. they do black and grey ones now.

    Running a 2002 3.0 auto. Would recommend.  Now done over 210k miles. Keep it under 55mph and mpg is very good  for the size. Great acceleration, cornering not so good but a great cruiser.

    the mr weyroc is not tinted now – i think its all MR now.

    We host via air bnb and sometimes there is a problem in sending emails and messages as airbnb tries to block emails with web addresses, email addresses and attachments. Also some people only check emails etc twice a week.
    You should have had a contact phone number – have you tried calling the number?

    we use airbnb to host our holiday barn and cabin,
    very good system and works well for us.
