I just can’t understand because I’ve never fitted a poploc to the fork and it’s always been unlocked and now it’s locked

I just recently went to 1×10 from 3×9, using a race face nw and zee clutch mech, the chain kept dropping, and eventually i figured out why, i had put on a 9 speed chain stupidly. Anyway swapped it to a 10 speed and haven`t dropped a chain since ( 2 months riding red and black tc routes), so maybe it does make a difference

Maybe they could introduce an e-bike tax, a bit like the sugar tax where the money goes to the forestry to help maintain the trails

And run really high pressure (up to 450psi!!!)…..which means you need a special shock pump.

i was hoping the shock would come with the bike, i better check that thanks

We took our kids age 7+9 2 years ago, I my opinion taking there bikes was a waste of time, like someone else said the greens are dh greens not trail center greens, and my kids were just starting on trail center reds at the time,, having said that it was the best family holiday we have had,, and going back this year,, hopefully they we get on better on there bikes this time.

ovivo is great it you live in a rural location and you dont get 3g anyway, basically you just turn off mobile data and you get 250 mins of calls and texts every month for free, I browse internet on wifi or bt hotspot with no adverts at all

dont rule out an electric chainsaw if just using at home on a saw horse, also stops the temptation of taking it to the beach

I did something similar to captain slow. I always managed to quit for a few weeks then when I went out with mates to pub I would give in and have one. so the last time I quit i made sure that everyday for the first few weeks I either went to pub or had beers at home, anyway it seems to have worked 9 years since my last one.

For training i use innov8 talons with seal skins, great in winter keeps feet dry and warm, no good for summer as feet get too hot, they work fine for me
