that was the whole thing from start to finish…

I tell a lie, that no’ was from what sporttracks converted the data from what the garmin thought it was, so it my easily be an underestimate (garmin’s not the best for calculating elevation). I’ll check tonite what memmap thought it was unless someone else has a no’ for you..

    Just to add to this…

I’ve been in touch with SKF, and they’ve got a new distributor, so haven’t ‘stopped’ making isis BB’s (or square tapers for that matter!).

    Guess who it is..?

Middleburn… Which has to be a good thing really considering their quality square taper and isis cranks! And I’ve also heard that Middleburn are importing the square taper BB’s too, unlike Pace did!

    Hope that helps!

They are only small trains, but plenty of commuters just take them on with them and stay in the door entrances… Can a bit of a squeeze at rush-hour but it all depends on when ya’ going!

Contact Cy about this… I have a Hemlock, and had it fail on me. This was due to incorrect assembly of the swing arm components. He’ll let you know how yours ‘should’ be. I.e. with washers under the little 4mm bolts that tension the swing arm. If yours don’t have them, I’m sure he’ll supply them. My replacement swingarm cane with them and FOC… Seriously email Cotic, they are and have been very helpful to me to sort this out.

Think of mtb’in as ‘hill reps’ (high intensity and recover, and repeat) whilst roadie is, as already said.. overall more of a constant aerobic exercise…

I happened to be at the match yesterday, and well, yes England did play well at times and took their opportunities when presented to them… but on at least two of their first 1/2 tries there was quite obvious interference and blocking runners that went on that the ref didn’t spot… and also when the French were pressurising in the first half, england took out a quite a few of the next in line ball carriers (when they didn’t have the ball! Which is illegal for those who don’t know!) so the french HAD to take it into contact and not cycle it quickly… I think the Ref had a very poor match and didn’t even get control of the scrum properly at all…

Oh and LOL to ‘others’ playingt eh kicking game and not england… Did you not see they put Goode the hobbit on?!!!

Used to work in church stretton and a dry minton batch on a summers evening after a ride up to the top of the glider station, was great! Techincal top section (can you clear the stream), followed by the ‘rock garden off camber bit’ and then the swoopy dusty trail that winds down by the brook at the bottom, a real fast blast with bits of the trail randomly washed out by the stream so need to keep the speed high to do the odd bit of ‘wall’ riding up the side of the trail.

Oh and the cheeky townbrook trail was also pretty special. With the ‘qualifier’ start to it and then the singletrack blast down the steep sided valley was pretty breathtaking…

    ;o)

Good idea.. I’ll see if my LBS can help me out too, although it seems a bit cheeky as I didn’t get the frame thru’ them…

    LOL!
Mate, When I was off for those 3 months I just ate about 4-5 pieces of fruit for lunch… It did enough to stave off the hunger till about teatime.. (and helped control my weight too!)

    Paul,
remember my leg after the 3 months in the cast? All I can say is work at it and the muscle grows back… I’ve nearly got equal sized calves again now!
    Take it easy…
