You can get an adapter to run IS brakes on PM forks but you have to up the rotor 20mm or 40mm at rthe same time. I just sold my brakes and got new ones.

    09 Saints are £120 an end @CRC with 203mm 6bolt rotors.

Just got some for my Prophet and first impressions are very good. They don’t quite have the initial modulation of my old M4 Mono’s but once into proper braking their just as easy to control. Build quality and general lever feel is 100% better plus I reckon they have about 25% more power. No more wobbly levers or reach adjusters that wind themselves in. Pad clearance is greatly improved so hopefully no more dragging pads doing my head in near the end of long rides.

I still havnt ridden them in the wet but so far I havnt heard any squeeling.

An added bonus is they will even take my stock of Goodridge M4/XT pads with a bit tiny bit of filing done to the pad backing plate. They are out of 203mm post mounts at the moment so I ordered the the brake for an IS fork then ordered the Hayes 203mm PM adapter in the flood sale. ;)

They sorted a warranty replacement on a frame that developed a crack. I had a new frame within a week of sending the old one back. Pretty sure the replacement they sent me was from stock rather than the Giant importer which is more than most lbs would do. Even headset cups had been switched over although I’d only left them in as I had a couple of spare headsets I’d bought cheap from Woolly Hat for the bearings.

Rode up a one way street this morning. It had a contraflow cycle access.

Also check your front wheel bearings, brake caliper mounting bolts and rear shock bushes.

Do you a cracking deal on a 2 bed semi in New Broughton, Wrexham < 5 miles from Degla. Alarmed 1.5 car garage and excellent transport links including the bypass @ 500m and a 10min bus service during the day with buses back from town until 10:45. We’ve got a house all lined up to go and just need to shift this one.

Ordered some brakes Thurs afternoon, arrived yesterday lunchtime. However I know a lad that recently waited nearly 2 weeks for a set of wheels.

07 66 ETA’s are what I’d put on it if I wanted to ride it up anything steeper than flat.
