ive got some zamberlans myself, only negative is that they dont have a toe rand, theyre looking a bit kicked at the front.

Again, trying on and stomping about in the shop, up and down inclines to see if your toes get rammed into the front is a must.

just the same comment really, painful, takes a while, prob good inbetween waxes, otherwise you could spend a whole weekend attacking full on goat legs.

my VW engine had a similar thing, it was a 10quid flange leaking at the back of the engine block. Took ages to get bad enough to find it.
Required a full engine strip out to get at no doubt. I never got around to getting it fixed though.

dont know about it being fashionable, there are a lot of dogs out there in rescue centres through no fault of their own. I might be biased mine was a rescue! (4yr old GSD- owner posted abroad, couldn’t take her) Saved us going through the toilet training then teenage moody phase.

The puppy market seems to be rather unscrupulous for a lot of breeds, don’t know about other breeds, but many of them put no thought or effort into the pairings to the detriment of the dogs health, hip and elbow displasia in GSD’s as an example.

I learnt when i was 23. Never too old, I’ll never reach olympic standard but i might not drown!

Bit daunting to begin with, my class was immediatedly after the kids class, those wee yins were good :)

    I don’t have a civic but i’ve just got rid of a 53 plate A3 in favour of a diesel C30.
I’m done with vorsprung durch technik. After 5 fairly good years the car (2.0 litre petrol) went into meltdown, more time in the garage than on the road.

    EGR valve gubbed
    coolant leak
    dodgy aircon
    leaky boot
    rear window wash gubbed
nox sensor knackered in the region of 300quid to replace
all this and a less than amazing 37mpg on a good day.

nice looking car but i wouldnt go back to one now.

Our german shepherd is out in the garden during the day, took one gravy bone to persuade her in, and now she wanders in at will. We figure the garden is a more interesting place for her, more to see. We have fitted a flap to the front now to keep out the worst of the wet weather, and again it only took a few gravy bones to get her to push it aside to go in/out.

i use a pair of assos womens bibs, which although expensive at the time are now in their sixth year of use. I much prefer them over shorts, find them more comfy and most of the newer ones have easy access built in :)

i get on very well with my specialized dolce, though its 5 year old now, so not sure what the current one is like.

im 5ft 4 on a good day and the nice thing with specialized (51cm frame)is 700cc wheels, other makes i tried were 650cc to get the frame size right. I like the independant extra brake levers on the handlebars.

this happened to my A3 (53 plate, 2.0 petrol), actually it was the final straw in a very long list of things that made me sell it. when the nox went i was getting intermittant loss of power and 20mpg on a good day.

my garage were really good, guy lifted the car up, showed me the sensor on the exhaust, in his opinion he reckoned i was going to be back year in year out fixing same fault as corrosion had set in.

best price i found was here:- http://www.lambdapower.co.uk/
but i sold before i fixed it, and the leaking coolant issue, and replaced the pads and discs…………….etc etc.

congratulations, i passed jan last year, then the fear set in, no accidents or anything, i think just knowing i was on my own, no friendly instructor in my lug. So the bike got packed away for winter, i hope on days like this, i will lose my fear and get back on it,because i did love my lessons. be careful out therem drivers do not give a damn about you!
