seriously, this is an ancient system of medicine, why are we discounting it
cos its mostly a load of ‘llocks that has not been found to do any better than sugar pills. rhino horn and powdered tiger bones?

detox diets, cupping, osteopaths and accupuncture you guys are well funny, though i suppose if you happy to give your hard earned to some nutter and it makes you feel warm and fuzzy then crack on

managed to shear the bottom tab off mine after about 40miles off road (carrying 900g sleeping bag) . great idea just a wee bit flimsy i think.

get one with disks and chicken levers and you will be fine, love my cx and do a lot more miles since i got it.
i run 35ish tyres on mine for most things and is fine, a quick change to 28 slicks and its great for a road only blast.

poor show from the riders passing by without even asking if help was needed.

i thought it was a red grade DH not a red grade XC.

They very much do flex, if you look down at the forks when descending or braking, it’s very alarming!!

got a set of white bros rock solids, nice and comfy but i can see and feel them moving under heavy braking. takes a bit of getting used to 😯

lifelong fizzy drink addict here:( can easily get through litres of the stuff a day unless i keep it in check. luckily i’m not into chocs that much and the thought of a mars etc turns my stomach

read somewhere a long time ago that diet drinks esp coke have about double the amount of caffeine than normal so it is easier to form a “habit” with diet (think methadone), seems to ring true with me through personal experience anyway.

To be fair, the Family Guyrobot chicken parodies nailed it, so any Family guyremake is futile

not sure with prices now but iirc it is about £30-40 in petrol an hour in use(although lots are dual fuel these days) + fees + storage + maint + transport having a boat aint cheap.

working nights here and i’m going to take advantage of the dry weather and head out when i get home about 4. doubly looking forward to it as it will be on my nice new bike.

very good stuff esp at the price. use it neat and it will degrease the shoot out of anything 😀

i have the whyte and can’t fault it. chicken levers and mtn bike geometry make it a bit easier to get used to than a more racy cx bike.

you could hop onto the ben nevis loop (40-50miles depending on route)from there or head up the west highland way to ft william and back or down the whw over the devils staircase to kingshouse for lunch and then back over the DS and down the ciarnan path to KLL.

Imagine 30 hour days though, how much riding you could do !!

We’d all be (STW0 pro level cyclists

nope more time just spent on here i would wager.

my sleeping patterns have always been a bit wonky even as a little kid i was a night person. quite normal for me to have at least one 36hr day most weeks.

if the river is too high you can trudge through the bog to reach the path along the loch. this adds about 20-30mins. i wouldnt try the east side for any reason.
reaching glenmore campsite will still be tough though if you are leaving much after 12pm

i would stick with the traditional way round, this includes a good amount of road and “easy” tracks making the 70km faster than it sounds. going up the tilt would prob take as long.
