I can remember rafa saying how highly he rated robbie keane in a news conference before he joined liverpool. then inexplicably he never played him and returned to spurs 6 months later. All very odd. Dunno if Rafa or the board wanted Keano, but something seems amiss up there at the moment.

you can't blame xabi for going, the way Rafa tried to offload him when courting gareth barry a year or so ago was appalling. and what about the Robbie Keane debacle. A year or so ago Liverpool looked like they were on the brink of something great. Now they seem ordinary and going backwards. early days in the season but they have already lost 4 preniership games iirc.

penhydd is the best trail for a novice -fairly easy climb and nothing too nuts. and in my opinion sidewinder is one of the best bits of singletrack anywhere

you can hire bikes from skyline cycles – might need to book they have a shop at afan and glyncorrwg car parks.

enjoy -afan is ace…..and only 20 mins from home

there is no evidence this stuff works at all.

If you take it for 6 months and feel no benefit stop wasting your money.

It's for bigoted opinions like this that im my experience wherever you go in the world the English are universally disliked. However the mood lightens when you inform them you are infact from wales.

average speed cameras- lots of them in wiltshire and the 50mph zone around cardiff. also it's a long way on poor roads from the end of the m4 to fishguard. Oh and the forecast for tomorrow sucks so take it easy.

they are lovely dogs but working dogs and not stay at home pets. I had one as a lid, but they get really frustrated if not exercised alot. On the farm they tend to follow the farmer arpound all day – often following the tractor all day long. they would probably make a great trail dog though

    Funny one this one.

james corden bases his whole career on fat is funny.

As a NHS Dr I'm happy to point out to the obese the errors of their ways. Getting them to change their ways is nigh on impossible. They tell you in the consulting room they live on lettuce and water, but if you bump into them in the supermarket they scuttle away and hide with their trolley full of lard based products! However some people don't like it- I got a formal complaint for advising a mother regarding the long term implications of her daughters obesity- get a grip it's not "puppy fat" it's blubber and most fat kids turn into fat adults. However if there is one condition which is going to kill the nhs in the upcoming decade or two it's the impact of obesity and the cost of it. Now i wanna gastric band because it's not my fault!

    rant over

just been out on a chilly night ride in the endura. probably a bit cooler than the gore but really neat features- breast pocket with earphones hole, waterproof rear pocket.

so it depends what you want. If tou want the versatility of removable arms get the gore. if that doesnt bother you i'd get the endura

the endura has a windproof front and sleeves which are not detachable and a roubaix back. really useful breast pocket for mp3 etc and 3 good rear pockets-really good relection too if that is important to you. i've just bought 2 off crc and look really good quality and not huge money unlike gores are now. – you don't really need windproof on the back. Nightriding tomoz so will let you know.
