You dont see many st elevation mi’s these days.

And drs and paramedics get over yourselves we all get it wrong sometimes! I can think of 2 occasions in the last 10 years when i have done a housecall after the paramedics have left, only to admit the patient to hospital with symptoms suggestive of an mi with a ” normal” ecg. If in doubt get the enzymes done!

Im all for compulsory cycle training. Lets make it part of our driving test with say a retest every 10 years. Rather than being a driving test , make it a roaduser test and include practical cycling training in all aspects of driving training. including hgv and psv licence training. To be truly bike aware you need to have experience as a cyclist on our roads.

Stiffer sentences for death by dangerous driving. Look at the sentences passed to the rioters in comparison with someone who kills another roaduser whilst distracted etc.

6 weeks driving ban if caught using a hand held mobile whilst driving.

    Better cycle lanes and infrastucture

Better consideration to all road users from both vehicles and bikes.

A national tv campaign , pass slow and wide like you do with horses.

Im a gp and my wife is a melanoma spcialist. She deals with lymph node dissection of advanced melanoma. My heart goes out to you and and tn. It is a truly horrible disease and i know i over refer odd looking moles urgently as i am so aware of it through my wifes work. She often comes home upset as there are many people like your wife she knows she cant fix.

Not sure where to point you.. Macmillan cancer suport, marie curie, cab etc.

All i can say is offer you my sincerest condolences at your losses. Not helpful at all but god i feel for you.

Ive got one. Its dull but big ! Hopefully more reliable than my awful mazda 6. Kit levels are good on tr models. Minuses for bikers are no proper roof rails.

I get about 45 mpg out of it

Good luck in getting to see a therapist. My local community health team would refuse your referral and bounce you back to your gp. In my experience i have no option but to prescribe because accessto psychological therapies in the nhs in south wales is absolutely shocking/ non existent.

avoid mazda loke the plague. they have major problems with their DPF’s which are very costly to repair or replace. My 5 year old mazda 6 diesel recently spent a month at the dealers with a problem with the DPF which they could not remedy. after throwing > £1k at it and having it returned to me twice apparently fixed but still the warning lights came on, I gave up and got rid of the car. the main dealers still couldnt identify the fault 5 weeks later and mazda uk are a shower!

lots on the web re mazda DPFs so avoid. i will never buy another mazda.

dead car after 5 years and 85k – not impressed really. c/w my wifes vag a3 sportback which has done 130k and never missed a beat complete rubbish.

Drag lifts are fine on a board but not good for beginners! Snow is now looking good! Cant wait til january for my powder fix!

Oh and go somewhere where the beginner slopes are in the resort , not a half hour cramped bus ride away! Chamonix has lots of buses. I think the beginners lesson are in la tour which was 1/2 an hour away iirc. I snowboard a week a year and i avoid anywhere you have to hang around for buses. Ski to door/ resort is what you want!

If you book late and the snow is good the try les gets, great for beginners good ski scholls and just a short run from geneva airport. However book late as in bad seasons snow can be limited- on a good year portes du soleil is great. Go for january too. Not too busy!

Oh and if you board choose a resort with lots of chairlifts rather than drags!

Cant wait roll on jan 25.

For scenery les gets morzine is hard to beat but its a bit low and been caught out there with green pistes before!
