Was in the cinema with my two and a half year old last week and let go of a real stinker in the middle of watching frozen, the way in which my daughter was slouched with her feet up and hand in a box of popcorn I could have easily laid the blame on her.

I have a cg125 which I was quite pleased with as I rescued it from lying at the side of a mates shed for 8 years, pleased with it until another mate commented that he had a chainsaw with the same engine as the bike.

My 2000 peugeot partner had to be pushed out of the mot centre and bump started this evening, needless to say it passed and I should get at least another year out of it. Just need to get a new battery.

Gonna put a strap round the bottom legs so it can’t spread and it’ll double as keeping it together when folded. I’ll do any cutting outside that’s the missus’ work mess in there.

I don’t know why the switch on the socket outlet would be any different than the switch on the side of the kettle. Same as the shower, if the water isn’t being heated then the only thing drawing power is the neon on the pullcord. I suppose tv’s left on standby may be different.

Hi , with my Setter I used to spray him in the face with some water, not a super soaker but just a fine mist from one of those plant spraying bottles, shut the wee bugger right up! The upside is that he doesn’t whine and at nearly 4 years I have yet to hear him bark, the downside is that he hates water, won’t wade deeper than his tits and goes into his bed when I’m refilling his water bowl.

The x mini sounds a lot better than something that cost £15 nowhere near as good as a Bose sound dock though.

14.4v Panasonic cordless driver and Panasonic 24v cordless SDS. Also have the dewalt £89 18v from b&q but its a backup now cos the batteries don’t last long. The plus side of the 14.4v batteries is that they also work in my grinder and light, and my work mates use them also so there’s no shortage of batteries or chargers.

Big floaty board i have a bic 7’9″ i re-learnt on and its still fun on small days i don’t want to use the shortboard. Easy to paddle and easy to catch waves. I have a cheap winter suit it is warm, it is alder and was £110. Its tight and hard enough to paddle in. My younger brother has a ripcurl f bomb thing which cost a couple hundred pounds and is a lot more flexible than the strait jacket i have but it depends on how much you have to spend.

I have one, I have it two years now and there’s a lot better out there now. I have the mini DVR 3 version and it uses a bullet camera and mini dvr recorder. Its the recorder isn’t waterproof and the camera foggs up easily in the rain. It doesn’t hold a candle to a go pro in my opinion but I think it all depends on how the footage is shot and edited more than the quality of the camera. Heres some footage from mine shitty enough.

The only Air Rifle i currently own was bought for £120 on Airgunbbs classifieds, a rough as badgers arse HW77 in .177 I had it reblued refinished the walnut stock and had it tuned by steve pope. More consistant shot to shot than a mates ripley AR5 and its a joy to shoot. I did alright with it in the springer section at a few HFT shoots too. i went through most types daystate, air arms and theoben but the old Weihrauch is the only one i’ve kept.

docstar – that article is surely made up?! Termonfeckin? Plunkett? It’s straight out of Father Ted, surely?!

I’ve been to Termonfeckin **** all in it! heres the bbc news link about it, the man was an arrogant prick too.

I was working one day cabling cat5e in a Housing Executive building(dunno if you have this on mainland uk but civil service) and the guy answering the phone was really short sighted and used one of those large font keyboards and had to have his face right up to the screen to see what he was doing. He would answer his calls and ask the caller to hold, he then lifted a mobile phone sized object up to his face pressed the screen then resumed his call and put the caller through to whichever dept they wanted. I thought this was some kind of sight aid he used to look up extension numbers but no he was having a game of snooker on his iPhone and wasn’t even trying to hide what he was doing from the others in the office.

Was working in a church installing projectors as the priest was going all interactive with his mass, he even has it set up to stream online. He asked us to sort out a few telephone lines and move a broadband router in the parochial house and when setting up the computer I typed in the address bar http://www.g thinking google would come up in the history I was surprised to see a long list of gay porn sites. I told the lads I worked with some believed me some didn’t and about 4 years later he literally made a cockup infront of primary school children and parents.

Dumbells aren’t ideal for swinging about the place. GB personal training has the best available app that has video’s built in to show you the exercises but the best way to learn is to be shown as wrong technique can do you more harm in the long run. That app has some really good short high intensity workouts and you’ll be sweating your balls off after 15 mins.
