Well I wouldn't make a special trip there, but it's quite pleasant to spin through on the way back to town from blacka moor.
If you're in Sheffield you're near to lots of better riding…

another vote for the beast. It's not as good now as it was the first time in 1996 with Q21R's and 1.95inch tyre on a hardtail though, or is it just me?

+1 the micro muvi. Mate of mine a m/cycle paramedic uses one- quite impressive what footage I've seen so far and as above dead cheap

also book an appointment with your GP for some time in the next 7-10 days as injuries can take a few days for them to manifest themselves 9stiffness etc).

As a GP can I just say this annoys this piss out of me. The NHS isn't there to do medicolegal assessments for free. You've been to a and e and had your injuries asessed/treated. Fair enough if you actually have ongoing symptoms but what exactly do you think a GP will do in this situation- a full body scan for injuries that were missed and aren't causing any symptoms? Waste of his time and yours. If you have a bruise take a photo of it.
If a solicitor gets involved they will get the hosp records and probably pay a specialist an exhorbitant fee to make some pronouncement about the injuries. Don't waste your GPs time. It is too valuable.

Assuming it's the latter, I'd get a quote from the thieving bastards and simply put that amount of many away each month.

    I agree completely.
It's a numbers game. If you are more healthy than average then you are likely to be subsidising those that aren't.
Of course premiums will be loaded for certain identifiable risk factors like smoking status etc, but at the end of the day they make a profit on everyone.
Private health insurance is not the same as loss of earnings cover referred to above of course- I would consider that essential for anyone who is self employed- payed for my locum when I was off for 3 months after MTB induced shoulder injury 2 yrs ago.

Where did you get it from?
I got one recently from CRC and it has a split crown race.
If you specifically wanted a split crown race get a refund or replacement?
