🙁 That could be the end of this thread now. Where's your spunk lad?

Do you wanna buy a t-shirt

What makes you think I want to be associated with this? Getting back to the OP, I don't even ride bikes and only post on the OT stuff. 😐

I used to be contribute to this thread quite proudly but nowadays I don't want to be associated with it.

I used to have wear my STW t-shirt quite proudly but nowadays I don't want to be associated with it.

😆 I like that. Do you get jittery riding past a group of walkers or a family out and about in case they start abusing and pointing at you because of what happens on the STW forum.

You seem to be posting a fair bit for someone who "can't be bothered to argue the toss." 😆

ernie_lynch is racist I know that for a fact because Dobbo called him a nazi c*ckmonkey.

That's the way it works then?

At last enfht, something which we might actually agree on – I am most clearly not "one of the smartest people on here". There are plenty of people on here who are indisputably 'smarter' than me.

Got to agree with you on that one. 😆

I did Sharp Edge with snow & ice a few years back, there was a group on there of very inexperienced walkers being led up it. One started to slide at the final steep section, this was followed by one turning back, one starting to cry a fair bit of screaming and the leader telling us to go through despite being slap bang on in the only passable route, we just about managed to manoeuvre round them and went on our way. Further up we found 2 girls from the group struggling to get up the snow final section to the top.

    All good fun.

I must admit I thought Tony and I had agreed when I was in his van to rip the piss out of each other on here for maximum comedy effect but he seems to have backed out without telling me Or perhaps I imagined it. Sorry Tony, I've stopped. For the record I think you're a very kind bloke and had I believed you were being offended I wouldn't have said those things – but even when you protested I assumed it was part of the joke. In fact, for all I know it still may be.

You agreed it in a van, is PM'ing not good enough? And you had a agreed game plan of abusing each other in your ding dongs, is that not Münchhausen trolling syndrome by proxy. 😕

It's all become clear now not that I bothered following it after the about the 6th post.

Thank you to all involved, now Ton & Ernie need to have a manly cuddle, there's obviously some underlying attraction between the both of you so the sooner you consummate it the better, the sexual tension is starting to have a ripple effect though the whole well being of the forum.

While we have a lost & found thread on the go. I lost a crank Bros multi tool an inner tube and 2 tyre levers at Winlatter (south loop) a few Fridays ago. Any info will be treated in complete confidence.

Hang her and make it look like an accident, that's what I normally do in these 'awkward' situations.

The gravitational force is inversely proportional to the distance from the centre of mass. (F=GmM/R^2 where F = force, G = gravitational constant, m = your mass, M = mass of earth, R = distance between masses) so increasing R reduces F if all others are constant.

Just thinking the very same 😆

Yay, no-one's used to the 'intervals' word yet. I love STW.

Or the old classics "think in circles" or "push harder on every 3rd pedal" 😆

Pace yourself more at the start of the climb? Do you ride with others who ride a lot more than you? If you ride on your own it's easy to push youself too hard or harder than you realise you are.

    All IMO of course 😉

Quality program, CBA with HH as a standup but TV burp is brilliant, even though I don't have a clue about most of the progs he's talking about. 8)

It looks like STW is on WordPress as well.

If you really want to get any other extension .com is proably the best IMO, but more expensive than a .co.uk and only lasts a year.

So I've now looked at 34SP.com and have no idea which option to go with
I want them to host for me and for me then to be able to use wordpress to create a website
whats confusing me is that they also offer an option called wordpress hosting but it seems to offer less storage?
    can anyone help??

Just go with the Professional 500 it will have way more than you'll ever need and they have scripts that will install programs automatically for you and they have a wordpress one or joomla if that's the way you want to go. Scripts are free.[/url] I'd still use Drupal but's that because thats what I like to use and know well, also it has loads of modules to customise it and it is very web compliant, which add to the SEO of a site 😉

"Html / dreamweaver give more scope for SEO to get a decent position in Google too." = False.

Hyphens are seen by google as spaces so a domain name or page name with hyphens will split the words underscores don't work the same.

34SP.com for domain and hosting, use Drupal (or WordPress) for the website. Job done. Up and running with a quality website in no time.

34SP are rock solid and very helpful.

one and one sound expensive, 123-reg.co.uk @ £2.24 doesn't have a database so steer clear, you cant use WordPress or Drupal or any other CMS (content management system).

Get it right 1st time and save a lot of hassle in the future.

    Essential? Yes.

Fold small & compact and keeps the wind out, mesh back prevents overheating.

I've not clicked the link, but can you just confirm that's it's not porn?

Not porn unfortunately, but the name is a bit ambiguous!

Just downloaded it, not read it yet, but i looks really good and well produced. Do they take all the pics themselves? If so then good on them they're well taken.

I like the website as well, it's got a nice fresh overall look. Normally I'm a right picky bastard but not much to pick holes in so far.
