I have a few sets of sombrio gloves and they are really comfy. They are summer gloves but I tend to use them 3/4 of the years only swapping to the seal skins when the temp drops to below 0.

I have one set (cartel) that I wear every day on the commute and they have not fallen apart.

Also the distributor is Paligap – who are a very nice bunch of people!

Dell kit is fine it’s just a shame the phone support is out of India on home/small business kit. Mind you some of the high-end support seems to be out of Eastern Europe which is no easier to deal with when trying to describe technical problems. Def check out the factory outlet systems and as someone else said, once you’ve priced it up on the web then call them and they’ll usually discount more if you’re willing to buy there and then

I work for Dell supporting systems in the UK… 😉

I would avoid hydro’s for your sis – service will be a faff.

I have a front cable XT on the commuter – its not let me down. Unlike my juicy threes…

Stop. Sit Down. Think. Then ask yourself the final question:

“Do I really want a bike from Halfords…”

As for pads etc? Not really needed if you’re just trundling down. The bloke who did Air’s rock + air (landed half way down then unclipped one foot) did use his pads on the landing. Quality stack.

    Did he die?

Someones died – perhaps not the best time to finger point and discuss blame?

My thoughts are with his family.

Myrmidon from Eve Online… many more space ships goodies there.

Strange that no-one has mentioned Eve Online…

Also for Sci-Fi goodness it would be a light hugger from Alistair Reynolds… maybe the Nostalgia for Infinity. Although I like Banks culture ships as well…

My juicy threes did this when I had to replace the piston seals. There was a small rubber grommit where the two calipers met. This was part of the piston kit as well, however even when repalced my calipers still leaked.

In the end I repalced the brakes as I just could not fix this!

Thanks for the help! My mate was able to set his brakes up last night – you were right, a bit less fluid and its all sorted!

    Cheers!

    Thanks for the reply!

My worry with doing that was that when the brakes were set up there must have been the right amount of fluid in them?

Or does pad thickness vary that much?
